Excellent hotel with everything you want and more!!!

This hotel was the best, it was the best location that you could get to the Dubrovnik Walls! Excellent room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, the most food I had ever seen on a buffet. Personal service for the drinks and excellent conversation with the staff. The reception staff was excellent and made you feel welcome! You had everything I wanted and more! I loved the personal message on the tv when we arrived at our room, nice touch!!!!

The restaurant and bar were both exceptional. The indoor swimming pool was nice as was the sauna and steam room. The staff were wonderfully friendly the location is definitely the best in Dubrovnik.

Perfection! The Hilton Imperial offer's a warm & relaxing stay

The location was ideal-on the doorstep: (1) of the Old Town, (2) bus stops, & (3) tourist information centres. The staff deserve special mention-everyone was friendly; professional and genuinely eager to make my stay memorable. Their hospitality left a lasting impression. Breakfast was delicious; the variety of options was as vast as the Adriatic Sea & the perfect start to my day. I also had the chance to visit the Spa & it was the best Spa experience I’ve ever had. My therapist was knowledgeable; recommending exactly the right massage for my needs and delivering it with great skill. I look forward to staying at Hilton Imperial again & again!

Average.stayed in way nicer hotels that were not five star..

The location was good and the breakfast options.

The shower was in a bath. For the price, I would expect a stand alone shower not a shower head in a bath. Was extremely difficult for my 77 year old mother to get in and out of..Also the room was extremely small for three people. My bed was a camp bed, not even a proper bed.Again for the price per night, I would at least expect a proper bed. Very unsatisfactory..

Beautiful Hilton hotel

Great hotel, very nicely decorated. Very different from some old glory Hilton hotels.

We brought with us our cocker spaniel, as hotel is pets friendly. Had to have breakfast in room instead of outside terrace. Very easy to create 2 tables aside, where pet owners can sit.

Absolutely beautiful. The location could’t have been better It was so close to old town and beautiful views. The included buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever seen and even mimosas! Prices for dinner were very reasonable and it was wonderful as well and great cocktails too. The staff are great from the front desk to the bartender , breakfast waiters and house keeping all so accommodating And friendly

My only complaint would be with the tub/shower. After we were on our cruise we found out that several other people who were traveling in our group had a hard time with getting in and out of the tub/shower because it was so high

Great location, good hotel.

The location of the hotel is superb, right by the Pile Gate in to the old town. The room was spacious and pleasant. The breakfast location is lovely and the selection of food extensive.

The bathroom was rather outdated with a shower above the bath which was disappointing. Staff weren't particularly forthcoming with assistance or information and there was no communication in advance of our stay. It felt like the large, corporate hotel it is and lacked a bit of the personal touch we had experienced in other Croatian hotels.

Location was probably the best in Dubrovnik. Buffet breakfast was average for the rating of the hotel.

The bedroom and particularly the bathroom for €900 a night was disappointing. And housekeeping had always forgotten some items.

Great location

My stay at the Hilton Dubrovnik was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the lounge area was a perfect spot to unwind in a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also hard to beat — just a short walk from the Old Town, yet still peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. Overall, the Hilton Dubrovnik combines comfort, quality, and convenience, and I would happily stay here again.

The only downside we found was the rooms need cleaning better, hair on floor from previous guests and bathroom was lacking basic cleaning.

Flawless experience at the Hilton, amazing staff. Every interaction from cleaners to reception to restaurants was superb. Incredibly beautiful decor, food in the Lobby lounge was exceptional and we ended up having a few lunches here. Breakfast perfect everyday and we used the exec lounge most days.

An unbeatable location for the attractions of Dubrovnik but you’re paying handsomely for this.

Its location is second to none and that is what you are paying for. Otherwise this is a fairly standard Hilton albeit with a sense of history. We enjoyed dinner on the terrace although quite noisy from the road below.

It’s poor value. More could be made of its history in say room decoration or general ambience. Felt it lacked this inside compared to the expectation created by the exterior.

I did expect the room with park view (104 ) so dark & small for the price I paid. The floor was dirty when I wiped with the towel! When I complained with front desk they didn’t do anything. The next day I was offered bigger and room in the next building. However, the hotel charged extra.

Luxurious Location

This hotel is very luxurious and centrally located. Marble staircases and beautiful outside area for drinks and coffee. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Very easy to walk to old town and beach. It was a treat.

Expensive but worth the safe and upscale experience. Minor complaint but we had 3 rooms for our party and the shower was weak water pressure and hard to get into for the older guests.

Excellent for a trip to Dubrovnik, wellness, space and comfort in this beautiful city

Great location, super breakfast and good facilities! The pool, the gym, the size of the rooms, the parking for the car, the lobby and terraces.

The king size bed really needs bigger duvets or two separate duvets if you both want to be enjoying a duvet at night.

The Villa is not The Hilton

Great location for visiting Dubrovnik old town. The main hotel is beautiful. Breakfast good quality. Staff are friendly

Our room was in " The Villa" A building across the car park/ set down area. NOT advertised on the website/marketing. It felt like we were not staying at The Hilton Dubrovnik I booked - more like a budget hotel as the bar/breakfast/pool is in the main beautiful building and we were in the ugly block next door. A sea view that could only be seen by standing up against the high small windows. Felt like a prison. We were ripped off. An expensive and disappointing stay.

Location was a bit away from the city, but close to the sea. Breakfast was very nice, mixture of turkish and intercontinental. Rooms were always clean.

Something i had never encountered before was that as a group we couldnt go to each others rooms if it were on a different floor. Your key card only allowed you access to your floor, you had to request for extra keycards for your rooms if you had people that needed to come over.

Brilliant.

Breakfast on the terrace lovely. Service in the lounge impeccable, and the fruit bowls and strawberry ice creams divine. Reception and concierge impeccable.
