Lightening in the bathrooms is a little sparse therefore for ladies difficult putting on makeup. The hairdryers need to have a longer attached cord since it is attached to the drawer - difficult to reach top of head when drying hair.

heavenly stay in Dubrovnik

Everything! the location is stunning! wonderful and spectacular! . staff incredibly helpful. even before we arrived I contacted hotel for restaurant and activity recommendations. They were v prompt and assisted with making bookings at places that are difficult to get into. they had taken note of some of our special needs requests and even the driver who we organised through the hotel to meet us at the airport was sensitive to our needs! Things just happened there without fuss! they provide a regular complimentary afternoon shuttle service to the old town which was much appreciated in the heat. swimming in the sea off their rock beach was divine! the food and service at breakfast and lunch was fantastic! I hope to go back soon!

I noticed the lifeguard was a bit lazy.. not sufficiently vigilant on a rough sea day. but I brought this to attention of management and she promised to address the issue immediately and I saw a definite improvement!!

quiet and peaceful away from the action.

Beautiful views and lovely indoor pool area. The spa area was very nice including sauna and steam room. The gym was quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Not the best cocktails but the accompanying nibbles were plentiful. It was a lovely walk in to town and a great location to enjoy some quiet relaxation. It was not super hot or busy so in summer I am sure it is much more buzzing.

The airport transfer was super and felt special but for such a 'luxury' hotel, a welcome drink would have been nice/ expected. Little things make a stay feel special and at such a premium rate, this was missing. The TVs in the centre of the bedroom was very odd and outdated. we ver told they are renovating, just remove them and soon!

Utter elegance & stupendous hospitality lead the way with this property and its staff!

The restaurant has one of the best views of the city walls of Dubrovnik & overlooks that Adriatic Sea. The beachside seating & service is also incredible. My friend & I were stunned by the level of hospitality and kindness shown to us by the staff. We could not recommend this place more!

Frankly, there is nothing I can think of that could have been improved upon during our stay. It was fantastic from start to finish all three days!

We have been fortunate enough to stay in many hotels over the years but this was certainly one of the best. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant and bar area were particularly enjoyable

Beautiful location, fantastic building, extremely clean and an excellent, friendly team.

The view and hotel architecture and decor were all absolutely fantastic. Very clean with beautiful views, incredibly comfortable bed and food was excellent, whilst still reasonably priced. The team were very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. nothing was too much trouble and they spoke excellent English which offset our embarassing lack of Croatian! It was our anniversary and I had requested a bouquet of roses for my wife on our arrival, which were organised without fuss and looked oustanding in the room and she was blown away! We will definitely head back again.

Very minor points were the televison on a stand at the end of the bed rather than on the wall and the shower which was a handheld on a spigot and a little low for us, rather than walk in. As said, minor points and certainly didn't detract from our stay.

Sometimes there are places in the world that are perfect because they are in unique, extraordinary locations. And they only become truly perfect when the people who live there are also friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. Who, so to speak, give the guest the feeling of being welcome every second. Thank you Villa Dubrobnik for 3 unforgettable days. Thank you to the whole team, especially Leo, Batu, Dario, for being there for us with your hospitality and warmth. As I told you before, we never travel to the same hotel twice, because the world is just too big and there are so many new things to discover. But in your case, we are happy to say: we will see you again! Sresti ćemo se opet!
