The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The bed and bath linens are clean and good quality, and there are even beach towels available. There's also a washing machine, which is useful in a beach destination. The room's view is spectacular and the location is great, about 10 minutes walking from the old town. We took an oyster farm tour and wine tasting that was suggested and organized by the owner, which was one of the highlights of our stay.

If you have a rental car, parking can be a problem. Only residents' cars can park in the area and parking lots are far away and very expensive (25 euros per day). Anyway, the owner offers to drive us to and pick us up for free from the parking lots she recommends, which reduces the inconvenience.

WOW APARTMENT WITH SPECTACULAR VIEW

Host is communicative prior and throughout our stay. Provided clear parking instructions and arranged taxi for us to the apartment and back to the car park. A lovely gentleman greeted us and showed us the apartment and provided information about the accommodation and location. The apartment is modern and SPOTLESS CLEAN of highest standard ever seen. Having a washing machine came in handy. The view from the balcony is SPECTACULAR as it’s on a hill you get an amazing view of old town and Lokrum Island. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to old city and Sveti Jakov Beach. Will highly recommend this property and we would love to come back again for a longer stay.

Great View from balcony, great bed, great bath! The washing machine helped us reduce our luggage a lot! Really nice communication with Ana and her lovely father! Mini supermarket on the other side for the street. Parking space included. Big recommendation!

Beautiful view..modern room. 20 min walk to Old Town.

Amazing view and proximity to the Old Town. We loved the view of the Old Town (The Red Keep!). Room was quiet and nice to have a balcony. Lots of space and storage. Very modern bathroom. Handy to have a washing machine.

Suggestion to make even more perfect: there were lots of empty drawers and it just needed a few glasses / plates / bowls etc as there is no kitchen. We wanted a glass of wine on the balcony and other than the 2 mugs and 2 tumblers in the bathroom there was nothing to use. Maybe also a teatowel and washing up liquid would be good so travellers can do a bit more in the apartment and not reuse dirty cups. When you're only staying somewhere for a few days you don't want to have to buy all the essentials.

Ana is a very welcoming host with lots of great information. Very good communication. The room is very comfortable and clean with exceptional views out on the balcony. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into the old town depending wether your walking into the town ( down hill) or back to the room at the end of the night (up hill)

The prices of eating out in Dubrovnik + tours/ day trips made this a very expensive short break.

Perfect room for your holiday in Dubrovnik

The property was as described and had all the amenities we needed; Sunset Room is perfect for a holiday in Dubrovnik. It was very clean, and the view from the room is spectacular! It’s a 20 minute walk from the Old Town and 10’ walk from the beach. Ana is a fantastic hostess and will help you with whatever you may need. Very kind and very caring of her guests.

Fantastic views close to the Old Town

The view of the Old Town and Lokum island were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was lovely and there was an abundance of fresh clean towels. The room layout was great and the fridge useful.

It was 15 minutes walk to town (20 mins back up the hill) and there is a kids playground directly below the balcony which was quite noisy

We loved our stay in Anna's apartment. We received a warm welcome from her dad and was shown around the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Anna communicated really well with us and gave us a list of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Ana and Josip were the most wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, and to answer any question we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved waking up to that gorgeous view. The washing machine was very convenient to have. We were able to do laundry before heading to our next destination. Perfect holiday with the view

Ana and Josip are amazing! Welcoming was beyond expectations! Warm welcoming and thier help with the suitcases all the way to the apartment once we came and while we were leaving. Everything in flat is new and it's very clean and even more beautiful then on the photos. We were having everything what we needed for our 7 days stay (washing machine, towels, water, coffee, tea). View is like from the paradise! Ana was always available if we need anything and gave us many advices what we should visit. Thank you so much for the hospitality and kindness and see you again next year 😊

Beautiful view from the balcony of Dubrovnik old town and ocean, the room size is good with the nice aircon, the bathroom has washing machine and jacuzzi. The owner was very helpful and friendly, straight after my booking I got a message with the confirmation and details about the parking.

It is a little bit far away from old city - the only place to eat, I don't think it's ten minutes. More likely - 15-20 minutes to go to the city and 25-30 to get back (up the hill). Be ready for big long steps to get to the road and do the beach!

Very kind hosts Ana and Josip met us after the airport shuttle and brought us by car to the apartment. Apartment was very clean with amazing view from the balcony. Worth visiting, 10 stars. Old city is 10 min walking. 7 min to Banje or Sveti Jakov beach. Wi-Fi is free, good connection. Towels are provided

Great room, incredible view and amazing host

The room was perfect for us, it's a good size with plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice surprise - it was very spacious with a great shower. Everything was spotless and there were loads of pamphlets, maps and brochures in the room which told you all about the area. The view from the room is actually incredible and I think it's fair to say it gave the most amazing view of Dubrovnik that is worth the money alone. The walk into Old Town is about 15 minutes and the walk back is uphill so won't be for everyone but really isn't that bad. There are plenty of taxis and Ubers around if you don't fancy it so don't let it put you off as most accommodation over there is an uphill walk! What made this stay extra special though was Josip. He is the friendliest guy, picked us up from the ferry and it was like he was an old friend we hadn't seen in a long time. Told us all about Dubrovnik and the best things to do and his enthusiasm about his home is infectious. We had a rainy day while we were there and Josip brought us round some homemade apple strudel that his wife had made which was delicious! On the last day he took us to the airport, even though it was a fairly early flight, for a very reasonable price. He brought with him postcards and a map for us which were lovely mementos, and stopped at the most amazing viewpoint on the way which meant we had one last photo which was lovely. Honestly can't recommend this place enough if you need somewhere to stay near Old Town Dubrovnik.

Mieszkanie było czyste, przytulne i w bardzo spokojnej dzielnicy. Przyjemnie było siedzieć na balkonie, gdyż widok był cudowny. Tak pięknych zachodów słońca już dawno nie widziałam. Gospodarz Ana była w stałym kontakcie z nami i chętna do pomocy. Czy to z odebraniem z miata czy z transferem na lotnisko. Mimo odległości ok. 15-20 minut do centrum urlop, chociaż krótki, był bardzo udany. Dubrownik to wspaniałe miasto dla lubiących zwiedzać i chodzić po schodach😉

Tout était parfait. La vue est vraiment incroyable et c’est très calme. L’appartement était d’une propreté irreproachable. Ana et Josip sont des hosts très attentionnés. Ils sont venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous ont déposé au ferry lors de notre départ, ce qui était vraiment très appréciable. Le centre ville n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pied du vieux centre et des différentes plages et la balade pour s’y rendre est très agréable. Je recommande fortement. L'appartamento supera ogni aspettativa: pulizia impeccabile, ambienti luminosi e spazi generosi; il bagno è bellissimo, così come la biancheria che ci è stata fornita. Eccezionale il terrazzino, che regala una vista spettacolare sul mare e sulla città vecchia. Ana e il suo papà ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità, fornendoci anche numerosi consigli sulle cose da fare: grazie. L’emplacement est vraiment pratique. En retrait du bruit mais à peine à 10/15 min de la vieille ville. La station de bus est en bas de l immeuble si besoin.
