Apartments Horizon

La vista de la ciudad vieja es excepcional, disfruté de desayunar y cenar mirando al mar y a la ciudad. El departamento es nuevo y muy cómodo. Está arreglado con buen gusto. La distancia a la ciudad vieja es perfectamente realizable a pié en unos 15 minutos. Hay dos caminos uno más largo que va descendiendo lentamente y uno más corto con una larga escalera de un poco más de 100 peldaños y luego es casi plano. También hay un par de playas a las a¿que se accede caminando aunque nunca te salvás de largas escaleras.

Le faltaría una tostadora rápida y un microondas. Si bien tiene un par de hornallas la cocina no tiene ni horno común, ni eléctrico ni microondas. Así que sólo podés hacer comidas de olla o ensaladas.

Dubrovnik was amazing, our apartment was a mere 800m from Place Gate, with the view overlooking the Old Town, just magnificent, on our last day we found a stunning quite beach, close to the Caves opposite Lockrum Island, and approximately 400m from our apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and having a balcony made this apartment top notch. The fact that we timed our stay was also perfect (31 May - 2 June), outside the mad tourist season...

We arrived on a public holiday, so all the supermarkets were closed, Would have been thoughtful of the host to have a left some milk to see us through to the next morning, other than that there was nothing not to like, although a washing machine would have gone a long way.

La gentillesse. Très bien reçu. Très joli studio, bien décoré. Très belle salle de bain. Bon lit. Un parking, indispensable à Dubrovnick ! On peut tout faire à pied. Vue à couper le souffle. Bref parfait.

Rien

The view from the balcony was amazing. You have a great view point of the old town and the harbour, beautiful sea and the island of Lokrum just across the way. Somewhat spoiled by cruise ships/big boats stopping for the day but in general gorgeous view. Very easy access to Banje Beach.The apartment was clean and the owners of the apartment were very easy to communicate with and accomodating as they allowed earlier check in.

Somewhat misleading that the pictures of the adverised apartment is a mix of the 3 apartments within the same building which are very different sizes and equipped to varying degrees. We had thought we'd booked the apartment which contained a kitchen as the large majority of the initial pictures on this site looked spacious and had a kitchen but unfortunately the very small apartment we had which was really a room with a toilet attached only had an extremely loud fridge which didn't work very well at keeping things cold and a kettle. There were 2 paper plates provided which wasn't great and no cutlery. I looked back on pictures advertised for the room and found a photo which showed a table you could eat at in the room but that is not actually in the room in reality. I would have happily paid more for a better equipped room if I knew what I was getting but clearly didn't read the small print.
