Great location. Room clean and good showerroom Breakfast quite good but poor coffee.
Quite noisy and instant coffee served at breakfast which was poor. I would always expect proper coffee for a quality room.

The Deluxe Suite with City View exceeded out expectations, with a direct view of St. Blaise's church, and open balcony. breakfast was amaxing, in Ambient Bokeria downstairs.

Location was nicely positioned in Old Town
We made extra for a balcony which was a joke. The “city view” was the next buildings wall. You could not sit out on or even open the door freely with the table and chairs. The bathroom floor flooded every time we used the shower. Pillows were so soft it was like having no pillow at all. Terrible! Had to climb 49 stairs to get to our room.
