Exceptional accommodations, and Gaspar was extremely informative, kind, and responsive.

There was a bit of noise from the club next door, but I was surprised that the noise did not keep me up although it would sometimes take me 10 minutes or so to fall asleep. The stone walls are so thick that the chatter and music were muted. I slept like a rock and was amazed by how well I slept.

Wonderful stay

The property is located inside the old town and hardly 100 meters from the Pile gate 600 meters from Ploce gate. There was not a single step to climb and easily locatable. The property comes with all the amenities like a wardrobe, well equipped kitchen, mini fridge, electric kettle, comfy bed etc. The host was quite amazing in welcoming and explaining everything one should consider while staying in Dubrovnik.

The shower area should have a door so the water doesn't come out while using.

The perfect accommodation in the perfect location.

Lovely apartment. Beautifully set up. Very unique, and very inviting. A compact kitchenette, spacious bedroom,great bathroom. Lots of natural light and ….location, location. In the heart of the old town. Cute little bar right in from of the entrance to the building, then….turn left walk up the stairs and voila…restaurants galore. Turn right and you are on the main thoroughfare of the old city. I read some great comments about the host and every word is true. Professional, helpful, a wealth of information, prompt in his replies and very gracious! Accepted storage of my luggage due to my early arrival and allowed earlier than expected check in. Thank you Casper. You are a star.

A wonderful place to stay worthy of magnificent Dubrovnik

Location is perfect square, a few step to Stradun Street, no stairs to reach when entered from Pile Gate. Đino and Gašper are perfect hosts. They are easy to reach and very efficient. If we go again, we won’t stay anywhere else.

Couldn't ask for more!

The location cannot be beat. Inside the old city walls, and no steps to teach the hotel! The room was large and comfortable and very clean. There were lots of little touches like chocolates, a clothes drying rack, maps, and TV with English stations. Our host, Gaspar was incredibly helpful, offering great ideas and GREAT advice. The air conditioner worked very well, and as soon as the shutters and windows were closed, it was comfortably quiet.

Amazing stay in Dubrovnik couldn’t possibly be any better than this apartment and its location.

Everything was amazing the apartment is perfectly positioned within the historic walls and we were beyond thrilled that there were no flights of stairs to climb. The hosts met us at the door, assisted us with our bags both arriving and departing. The apartment is gorgeous we absolutely loved our stay.

Very spacious with small kitchen, fridge, kettle. Convenient location. Gasper the host was excellent. He helped us with the luggage up 2 flights of stairs, as there are no lifts. But most buildings inside the city wall, would not have lifts.

Note that there is stairs to the room, but Gasper helped us with the luggage to our room.

Lovely 3 nights in Dubrovnik staying right in the center of the Old Town.

The property was perfect for our stay in Dubrovnik, its position just off the Main Street in the old town being its main attraction. The bedroom was large and the bed was really comfortable with the apartment gad good air conditioning. Gasper was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Dubrovnik.

Perfect stay in the Old Town

Loved the location, cleanliness and spaciousness. Gasper was a legend in helping me out a few times. He was very efficient in communications, so friendly and nothing was an issue. A very well appointed apartment with an emphasis on sustainability eg recycling. Would definitely return again. Being in the Old Town, it was super easy to duck in during the day to rest. Perfect accommodation !!

Excellent location with an exceptional host

Very clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location in the old town of Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is a very busy place in peak season, so it was great to pop back into the apartment for some quiet time in between visiting places and made it very easy to get out in the morning when it was less busy. You couldn't find a better host, Gasper was great at communicating, gave us excellent advice and was generally really helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, we found the apartment was noisy at night due to the bars on the street below us (we were on the first floor) and had some trouble sleeping.

The best!!! Worth every penny. Made my mother comfortable during her first time to Europe.

Excellent location. Plenty of space. Noise canceling windows even being in a popular area. The hosts were super helpful with getting oriented, airport transfers, and helping get us comfortable with the room. They even helped us get our heavy bags up and down the stairs and walked us to and from our pick up/drop off spot. Can’t say enough things!

It is in the hub so there will be some sound at night but they do there best to drown out the sound! If you want great location that is what you will need to expect. We were so tired at night anyway from long days of touring so it didn’t matter.

Excellent two night stay in an outstanding apartment in a great part of town. Perfect for a couple.

Location is outstanding in the centre of Old Town, in a lane just 30m from Stradun. The bedroom is very large with a comfortably firm king size bed. Aircon, lighting and double-glazed windows with shutters are excellent. The kitchenette with small dining table and the bathroom are small but good enough for the need. Everything is clean and comfortable. Last but not least, the service from Gaspar and Dini was outstanding. Gaspar met us from the cab and took our heavy bags while giving us a guide of key points on the short walk. We cannot recommend this highly enough.

Be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor but the two flights of stairs are wide and easy to manage. Being in the heart of the town, there is street noise until around midnight but the double glazing and thick stone walls muffle it. After walking the steps of Dubrovnik there is no trouble getting to sleep.

Super location, extremely central, easy to reach and yet cozy and quiet!

The apartment is superbly located in the flat area of Dubrovnik. Everything is nearby, the main city gates, restaurants, pubs and a supermarket. Yet it is very quiet and cosy. A great experience in amazing Dubrovnik.

Fantastic host and place, would absolutely recommend and happily return.

Check-in was absolutely perfect, as was the room, really couldn't ask for better and would happily return. I have an eye for detail and have stayed in all sorts of places and this really is a well thought-through place with experienced hosts.

There were some minor issues with the wifi but these were addressed quickly, still very happy with the stay and would return.

Convenient and comfortable but bring earplugs

Modern furnishings, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchenette and good shower/bathroom. Gasper was a great host and gave us a warm welcome with helpful tips and recommendations. Convenient location and easy to reach with hardly any steps to climb.

The apartment is above several bars which get quite rowdy at night and despite the double glazed windows, the noise still comes through - so bring earplugs!

Location was excellent, 100 ft of Sterdon st, main pedestrian street. Easy walking distance from City Wall, port, and main gates. Apt was very clean and roomy. Jasper, the manager, was wonderful, he arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, met us at Pile Gate, carried our luggage to the apt. Gave us much information as to where to go, where to eat and was always available if we needed anything(we didn’t need anything) Then arranged for a taxi back to the airport and took our luggage to meet the taxi👏

Only thing was the bar in the bldg next door, but it usually shut down around 1AM. Didn’t bother us, part of the ambiance!

Good sized, comfortable, beautifully furnished apartment with everything we needed in a brilliant location.

It was located in an excellent position in the old town and could be accessed with our cases with only one or two steps. The host took the cases up the stairs inside the building for us.

The bar below was a little noisy on one of the nights but on balance the location was so worth it!

The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment was large and clean. But best of all was our host, Gasper! He arranged a car to pick us up and he met us when we arrived. He carried our luggage and told us everything we should do. The friendliest man ever!

Amazing stay in the heart of Old Town

Had a perfect stay in Apartment Giron. Its located in the heart of Old Town, with easy access to Stradun and other places of interest. Gasper and Dino are great hosts, connected right before I landed for clear directions to the Apartment. Gasper explained about the city and exploring options. The room was very nice, clean with a kitchen if one wants to use. Don’t need to climb stairs to get to the apartment which is close to the Pile Gate. Bar next door but late night noise didn’t bother me much.Many restaurants nearby to choose from.Hosts were accomodating for a late check out and luggage storage on the last day since my flight was late. Overall, an amazing and comfortable experience and highly recommend Giron Apartments.

So convenient - 160m from Pile Gate - 120m along Stradun & 40m side street

The location is outstanding, only 160m from Pile Gate - 120m along the historic, picturesque Stradun esplanade then 40m along a side street (see photo). The apartment was modern, very well presented, very clean, comfortable and felt very safe. The host was very friendly and helpful. The minimalist bathroom was very clean with walk-in shower, wc and basin. The shower had a fixed partition - no need for an ugly curtain or door to contain the water. The bed was king-size and very comfortable (as all beds should be these days). The kitchenette was equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob and kettle. Other facilities included small table and two chairs, bedside tables, convenient entrance bench / luggage space, wardrobe, kitchen cupboards. The entrance hall to the property is nicely presented (see photo). The apartment is up a few stairs. Would we consider staying here again? Definitely.

There was a flat screen TV which was not intuitive to use. As the on-screen menu was in Croatian, I quickly gave up. If we had needed it we would have asked the host how to use it.

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik. The accommodation was perfect in everyway, central, comfortable with everything we needed. Our hosts, Gasper and Dino took great care of us. We really enjoyed meeting them and learning about the area. Cant wait to come back.

Perfect! Could not rate this apartment any higher, 10 out of 10. The location is perfect, in the centre of the old town just off the main street and one street below a very buzzy street of restaurants. The apartment is huge and spotless. We had everything we needed. The team, Gino and Gasper are the nicest guys and so helpful.

The location is perfect, and the room was practical, comfortable and with new furniture.

It can be a bit noisy from the street if someone is partying or goods are delivered, even if the windows have very good isolation. However, this should be expected in the middle of the old town, and is easily solved with earplugs :)

Brilliant apartment in Dubrovnik old town

This apartment is really great, spacious and in a perfect location in the old town. The whole apartment is the perfect base; the AC is excellent, the windows have sound proofing and the bed is comfortable. The hosts are wonderful and get back to you quickly with any query or for recommendations. They can also help you with getting to and from the airport. They provided plenty of nice touches in the apartment, from teas to leaflets/guides to help you plan your visit. There is also a small supermarket opposite.
