Great location, centre of old town. Nicolas was very helpful.
Bit noisy if you’re an early sleeper. Narrow stairs to carry your luggage up but it is to be expected in the centre of town I am guessing .

The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the overall stay was comfortable.
We had an unpleasant experience with the staff. In the very narrow stair corridor, a picture frame was accidentally touched with a shoulder. We managed to catch it before it fell, but one corner of the frame came apart. The cleaning lady witnessed that it was completely accidental and that the picture never even hit the floor. The frame also seemed very fragile. Despite the minor damage, we were required to pay €15 for a replacement. We felt this was unfair given the circumstances and the condition of the frame.
