Accommodation and vacation that makes me want to come back

I am delighted with the wonderful accommodation in the very center of the old town surrounded by beautiful historical buildings on Stradun and the exceptional hospitality of the hosts who are always ready to help. The accommodation is extremely beautiful, tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable, the furniture is sufficient for everything, there is a small fridge in the room. The bathroom is small, but very functional. This accommodation and the hosts deserve all recommendations. This was a dream stay.

Great location, beautiful scenery

We booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and the driver Maro was very helpful. He dropped us off outside the City Walls as no cars are allowed to enter. We had a short walk to our apartment and were pleasantly greeted by Ana who showed us to our room and explained about the facilities and the attractions in the local area. The compact room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Old Town, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of interesting Museums telling you about the war and how the City has recovered. The cable car ride is a must, a lovely view over the City and the surrounding area.

We were in Room 3, unfortunately, the toilet in the shower room had a problem with the cistern and it kept filling up every 5 minutes which kept us awake at night. This is not a quiet location, some bars stay open until 2.00am so you do need to use earplugs for sleeping. Old Town is very busy as its the main tourist attraction so every day was full of people arriving by coaches and also it has a port where the Cruise Ships dock. There are plenty of stairs to climb so if you have trouble walking or are infirm, don't stay within the City Walls. Very expensive to eat and drink within the City.

First time visiting Dubrovnik Old Town.

The location was ideal in the Old Town. The apartment was very clean. Ideal for a solo traveller spending a few nights there.

Didn't sleep very well due to the noise outside from the public in the late evening. Also, workers start cleaning up the streets early, which can be very noisy.

Cute room at the heart of old town

This is a beautiful room at the main street with an amazing view from the room! It's fully equipped: condition for hot weather, heater for cold weather :) Kettle, hairdryer, fridge, tv. I definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic location and the perfect room

Place is exactly as the pictures show. Prime location in the Old Town. Room on 3rd floor, steps no issue (not many). Room has everything you need, plenty of space, sockets, TV with Netflix and English speaking channels, and fridge with kettle also. In a busy location but once you close windows, no issue with noise. Ear plugs also provided.

Loved our stay!! NO stairs from Pike Gate to Lumin House

Great location that is so convenient to Old Town shops and restaurants. Super clean and had all the necessary items. It was so easy to roll our suitcases from Pile Gate to the Lumin House building with NO stairs. (You do, however, have stairs to climb in the building depending on what floor your room is located on.)

It’s a bit noisy at night because you are located by the restaurants and bars. They give you ear plugs incase you want to use them for sleeping.

Location of guest house amazing. In Old town near Main Street. Ana the owner was very helpful and responsive. On arrival she met you, pointed everything out. Showed you map and answered any question may have. Even allowed me to leave bag there after checkout so could do half day trip.

Perfect central stay!

Location was perfect, right of the main street in the old town but not too noisy. Very easy to get to everything! Anna the hist was amazing and helped with anything we needed. The bed was super comfy too.

Fab place

Fab little place right in the heart of the old city. The host Ana gave me lots of information for easy check in and for things to do around Dubrovnik. Clean and modern room, albeit small it had everything you need and was perfect for my stay. Will be staying again.

A comfortable stay in a location

The location was excellent. Great communication with the staff

The mattress seemed to be smaller than the size of the bed and the wooden frame was easy to knock in to. A coffee machine and coffee capsules were available with no milk. A hand held shower only.

Cute little room in the centre of the Old Town

Small room in the loft of the building with an en-suite and great views of the old town. AC was great for the summer heat, and the host Ana was exceptional in always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Additionally, many brochures and recommendations on what to do or see in Dubrovnik are scattered throughout the property.

Occasionally slightly noisy in the middle of the night but this is only a small issue that is beyond the control of the property. Ear plugs are kindly provided by the host!

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment and I would stay there every time I go to Dubrovnik. It is small

This apartment is right on the main street of the old city and this is the second time I have stayed here. And to be honest I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It is perfect and central. It has a nice comfy bed and the whole apartment is very cozy. I like to sit at the window and watch the world go by. The communication from the host was great and made me feel very comfortable and at ease if I needed anything.

The bed mattress was probably getting a bit old, but it was still comfy and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again

Comfy & compact apartment in great location

Great little compact apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik old town. Brilliant location - close to everything inside old town and incredibly easy to pop in and out of the apartment during the day if needed due its close proximity to everything. Had a good bathroom, and effective air con. Host is lovely and really helpful and went out of way to send info over WhatsApp and help with directions and transport when needed.

Trade off for the excellent location is the pub/bar noise at night, so be mindful of this when booking. Didn’t adversely affect me over 3 days short stay so fine for that length of time. Single bed Apartment is also at the top of multiple flights of stairs. No problem for me travelling light, but those with mobility issues/lots of bags would struggle.

The location is the main advantage of this accommodation. It is located in the heart of the old town. A great option for those who want convenience to the tourist attractions at a good price.

Being in the heart of the old town, there is a lot of street noise. Sleeping with the window open is not an option. Make sure the air conditioning is working as soon as you get to your room, as you won't have a good night's sleep without the noise of the streets. Luckily, we went during a very pleasant time.

Lovely room in an excellent location within the old town walls. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Near all the main tourist attractions. Beds were extremely comfy. Ana met us on arrival and gave us lots of information on the area and had great recommendations.

Excellent location,which is just in the middle of the Old Town and so all historic places,restaurants, and cafes in 10 minutes walking distance at the most. The hospitality is fantastic for a guest house like this. The host,Ana,is very friendly and helpful.She contacted me one day earlier through WhatsApp and gave me all information on how to get the old city from the airport,the ,directions from both gates ,Pile and Paloci,to the guest house, etc.She met me at place and delivered the key in person.She gave all information about public transportation,airport shuttle,markets and places to be seen,which all are very useful in my staying.She responded immediately any message in my entire staying.I can say that she is the best host I have ever met in my this kind of holidays. Everything is spotless clean as well. It is definitely value for money to any extent.
