Great location, very central with little steps! Great communication from the host and very friendly. Allowed us to leave the luggage in the lobby before and after check-out, lots of advice on where to go in the city and discounted vouchers for breakfast. Air conditioned, hairdryer and kettle in the room.
Two single beds instead of a double bed - but can be pushed together and is fairly comfortable. Not an issue unless you are really fussy :)

A slightly bigger table and some plates, knives and forks might have been useful.
The fridge was making a lot of noise but was not cooling at all.
