It was a wonderful stay, with personalized service. We loved the history of the hotel and the details of the amenities. Breakfast was awesome! Sonja was terrifically helpful, whether it was arranging transportation, offering tips on what to do and where to eat, or just being there to share facts about Dubrovnik! Staying in the walled city in such a luxury boutique hotel was absolutely worth it.

Where do I begin? I had no idea I was booking the most gorgeous room in the most stunning building in a perfect location. Add to that an amazing staff! Shout out to Marin who greeted us at the old city’s gate and insisting on lugging our 4 large pieces to the hotel. Always a smile on his face, sweet, happy, and informative. The whole staff was great but unfortunately I don’t recall their names. I can’t wait to recommend to friends who are planning a trip to Croatia. ❤️

Definitely a case of paying for location. It was twice as much as other smart hotels eg hilton and rixos which are both within an easy walk to the city walls. Having paid over £400 per night for the room we were disappointed to find ourselves in an attic with no windows-just a skylight. Also our heating/air con unit did not work.

The staff was wonderful and the room was lovely. Was a very busy area but the room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included with the room and had a lot to choose from. The shower set up in the bathtub left a lot to be desired and made showering a challenge.

5 star location but not a 5 star hotel. Staff was wonderful. The best part was the transfer help from the gate to the hotel. Location is fantastic. The room was not so nice as the AC barely worked and the bed was not comfortable. When it’s hot outside this is not the place to stay. The Pucic Palace dates back to the 1800’s and is located within the Old City Walls; it is perfect for sightseeing. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you and to ensure you have wonderful holiday. The interior of the hotel is historic and impressive. The rooms are luxurious. Our window looked out to the marketplace and Game of Thrones Walk of Shame steps location. Our stay included a full delicious breakfast. The staff arranged and assisted us with our airport transfers and helped detail where to meet our tour guides. We also had the privilege of seeing the beautiful onsite chapel. It is the only hotel in the Old City Walls with an elevator. They helped us with our luggage to the main road as no cars are allowed in the city walls and even packed us a lunch for our return flight. We highly recommend Pucic Palace and would love to return. Thank you.

The staff was amazing. Our flight was cancelled early in the morning a few hours before we were supposed to leave. The helpful woman at reception made every effort to help us out. She kept a room open for us for the next night if we needed it and even contacted the hotel’s travel agent to help us.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pucic Palace! From when we first got to Dubrovnik, we were greeted by the most caring staff who helped us with our luggage from outside the city walls. The amenities in the hotel were amazing as well- we could not have asked for more! Any transportation we needed was arranged and we didn't have to worry about anything. We only had breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel (as we were only there for one night) but it was incredible. The wait staff at the restaurant was so attentive and gave us great insight into Old Town Dubrovnik. All in all, I could not recommend the Pucic Palace more for a great stay in Old Town.

The hotel is right in the center of the old city and convenient to the sites. Unfortunately the elevator was broken for our 1 day and we had a room up 5 flights of stairs (lots of stairs to climb all over the city). The room was comfortable, luckily with good air conditioning. The charming hourly ringing of the church bells kept me up or woke me up almost every hour of the night, but I would think that one would hear the bells from anywhere in the old city. Breakfast was lovely and included.

Lovely hotel in the center of everything. Our room had a balcony right on the square and it was so nice to go out and people watch. The breakfast was also amazing and fantastic that it was available till 11 am. Finally, the staff is excellent. They were very kind and helpful with any questions, directions and even providing umbrella when raining out.

Located in a former palace within the old town, we had four perfect days here. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The best of Dubrovnick was right outside our door. The small staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations and arranging private tours. They really helped us to make the most of our time here. The restaurant and bar, though they closed early, were nice, and in the morning, they served a full breakfast, which was included with the room. We have nothing but good things to say about Pucic Palace and the team that works there.

My Mother died 7 hours before I was due to fly so had to cancel, this hotel would not refund or even reschedule to a later date due to their strict policy even when proved with a death certificate. Absolutely disgusting behaviour with no leniency shown to me during this immensely sad time.

The people here top the gorgeous property and top tier accomodations. There is a lovely restaurant on property that opens up to a courtyard with a general store 20 feet away for anything you may have forgotten. In the mornings there is an aooen market there too. Lots to see and do here, cafes and restaurants are right around the corner. Would recommend.
