We had a wonderful stay at Boutique House Forty-Four. The hotel has a great location in the heart of the old town, very close to the main street, Stradun. The room was bright, clean, and spacious. The à la carte breakfast was of good quality, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, convenience, and good service.
Of course, it's a matter of individual preference, but I would prefer a firmer mattress.

Quirky and boutique
A lot of stairs, no mini bar, staff not overly helpful in terms of bags.
Manager insisted on booking that we must use their car service from the airport if we wanted help for the 400m walk from the gate. So we agreed and then the car never turned up. We caught a cab and had to find our way with bags to hotel. Then when we left they were very reluctant to help us back to the gate with our bags. Unless you are traveling light or are energetic I do not recommend this hotel
