Clean. Location Good air con Good price
No facilitates or onsite staff but we knew before going, we did not hate this - just worth mentioning. Staff very responsive to messages though, it met our needs very well for a 2 night stay.

Lovely rooms and location is great. Tons of stairs to navigate and a VERY steep snd narrow spiral staircase if you’re in room 3 (the Annex).
