Great apartment in Old Town and will definitely stay again when return to Dubrovnik.

Location was great within the walls of Old Town. Very close to tour locations, bus stops and everything Old Town has to offer. Room was lovely, clean and had a nice feel to it. Saw some comments before about stairs being steep - which they are - so elderly and less able people may struggle. Bathroom was nice, shower was very hot and powerful.

The pillows on the bed were a little uncomfortable.

Great value for money, if you don't mind all the steps to reach the property.

Very good value for money. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked very well.

The apartment is about half way up the hill below the walls of the old city, with about seven sets of very steep stone steps to reach the front door. It is very tiring to drag luggage up there and older or less fit people may find it a bit taxing walking back to their room. This is also true of other rental apartments in the same part of the city. The bedroom is quite small with only one chair and no desk, so it is not a place to spend much time in when not exploring the city. Also, the maid service did not show up on one of our three days there.

Conveniently located in the Old Town. Close to major attractions, bus stops, restaurants and cafes.

Location was good - close walk to all the major attractions, making it easy for us to cover all the must-see areas on our list within 1.5 days. Be prepared to walk up a bit though, so do travel light. WiFi worked well. And there’s also a storage location for guests to leave their luggage after check-out.

Fabulous apartment, quiet and spacious.

Great location, very comfortable bed. Plenty of space and a great view over the rooftops of old town. Air con, tv worked. The stairs were easy enough to climb. Room 3 is in the attic but the space was worth it. Good hot water supply. Quiet with the window shut.

It is a lovely apartment and I really liked it, so these are just notes. There are a lot of stairs to get to the property and it wasn’t until we were due to arrive that we were told about a porter service. Perhaps this could be mentioned earlier, as the service requires 24 hours notice. We didn’t need it, but that sort of information is useful. The room was very clean, but there is a buildup of long black hair sticking under the bathroom door that needs to be removed, please.

Perfect for exploring Dubrovnik old town

Very pretty room, spacious and clean. The location is amazing as well! Check-in and out was uncomplicated.

The fridge did not work at all, it was even warmer than inside the room, which for us was especially troubling as we had medicaments which needed to be chilled.

The stairs were steeper than anticipated. Extremely difficult to get luggage down the stairs and wish there was a prior warning. Apartment was more of a room in a shared space rather than a seperate apartment.

Wasn’t room advertised on booking.com. Needs to be clear which room you are booking when it is an apartment as I was expecting the loft. Decor is dated and bathroom could have been cleaner. Wardrobes falling apart

Excellent location in the heart of Old Town. Modern, comfortable and spacious rooms. Inclusion of quality toiletries and extra towels. Storeroom for suitcases so can be left after checkout.

The room was lovely and there are a lot of steps to get to the property due to listed buildings in old town but we knew this . Then a lot of steps to apartment but it’s a lovely apartment with the most beautiful views !

Way too many stairs with any luggage at all, and beds not comfortable.

In Old Town

When we booked we knew there were stairs to the property. However, we did not know there are 56 STEEP, UNEVEN stairs up to the unit and another 13 narrow, winding stairs up to the first floor. The struggle to get our bags up the stairs was very, very difficult. If you are older or have more than a backpack I would not recommend. Also beds were not comfortable.

Great location in the old town

Loved the location, the bathroom, the size of the bedroom and the bottle of wine left for us to celebrate our honeymoon!

Loved the location and the furniture/decor in the room itself! Spacious and beautiful, and easy to check in/get the key with the code we were sent. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful and we loved the sweets by the door too!

The shower needed some work and cleaning - the flow itself was amazing but some water leaked out under the shower frame by the toilet, as it didn’t drain properly. Other than this though it was a great visit - but please make sure especially the bathroom is cleaned between visits :)

Great location in the old town.

Although lots of steps, it took you away from the busy noisy area. But still being close to the main gate to carry luggage. Very quiet, comfortable, clean and inviting.

Wifi coverage was poor, cuts in and out. Wasn't that bad to put up with for two nights.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of old town. Short walk to the Main Street in old town. Very clean and comfortable, beautiful room. Very handy being offered luggage storage too.

A cosy and comfortable stay in a gorgeous city

We loved the location of this gorgeous little stay. Lots of stairs but to be in the heart of the old town, safe to say it’s a very atmospheric stay. The room was good for us, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a little fridge which we could chill our water. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower, and the room had all we needed for a short stay.

We were a little nervous at first when we arrived as our keys weren’t in the lock box but we got them just a few minutes later.

Great location and clean

It is obviously an old building since it is in the old town, but we were on the ground floor and the door to the hallway was very “cheap”. You could hear everything through it. Also parking is obviously a nightmare since there are no cars allowed in the old town. I wish that the property could have assisted us more in finding a parking lot/garage that we should use

I absolutely loved our accommodations. The communication from the time we booked throughout the duration of our stay was incredible! All of our questions and concerns were answered and addressed promptly. The place had European charm. The best part of these apartments is the location! You were literally staying directly in the old city. I highly recommend this property.

The only thing I would caution about this property is you have to walk up quite a bit of steps to reach the property. Once inside, there are additional steps to get to your room. If you are not in decent shape, this is not the place for you. That said, my 76 year old mom stayed with me. She took the stairs slowly, and also loved it!

The location is perfect, quiet but central. Just inside the city gates. Dubrovnik will keep you fit as steps everywhere. Easy reach of everything from apartment, which is spotless. Satellite TV is a bonus if you want a night to recover after a busy day. Walls are a must, lokrum and cavtat too. We took cable car to Mt SeD and walked back down after a visit to the museum in the Fort. Overall a perfect mini break
