Amazing!

I had an amazing stay! The accommodation was excellent, the room was very clean, beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the main street and close to everything you might need. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything I wanted to know. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The room was in a great location, situated in the middle of the old town. The boys who helped us check in were fantastic, they told us lots of great information about what to visit and what to avoid. The room was decorated beautifully and the shower was fantastic!!

Advanced warning that there are approximately 50 very steep steps up to the property which can be tricky to navigate with a case! There was also only one small window in our room which made the room feel quite small and dark.

Good location, dishonest about bed and Booking.com was completely not helpful.

The location was very central and in a charming area of Dubrovnik

The room hadn’t been fully cleaned and they weren’t honest about the bed in the room that was advertised. It is two small twin beds pushed together, not one full/queen bed as advertised. Be aware of this. Also, when I tried to communicate with Booking.com to help resolve this, they didn’t respond at all and were not helpful at all.

Great location great property - would definitely stay there again

Loved the location - although it was up a lot of steps ( as is the whole of Dubrovnik ) it was away from the busy hub and in a nice quiet area close to the Buza and Pile gates. Great shower/bathroom and nicely decorated. Tea and coffee facilities , crockery and a fridge were a bonus . The booking company were very professional with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Not too many steps from the airport shuttle station. Also, the room seemed very new and clean.

Although the room was clean, there were ants in the room. I feel it was slightly expensive, considering that there was no staff, no cleaning or towel change, and a fair mattress, but maybe because of the location and new equipment.

Villa Monte Santo was the perfect location for our honeymoon stay in Dubrovnik. We couldn’t have wished for better.

The apartment was so nicely decorated and furnished, and so comfortable. It had everything we needed and was completely perfect. The shower is amazing! Location within the Old Town was just ideal for exploring and soaking in the atmosphere. Ivan and the team were really communicative and incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help us with parking options, making recommendations and looking after our bags so we could make the most of our last day.

Absolutely nothing. We will be coming back.

Amazing Stay 👌

Absolutely fantastic stay in Villa Monte Santo. Check in was seamless and although before 3pm, one of our 3 rooms were ready so we were able to get the key and put our bags in there before exploring the old town. There are a lot of stairs to reach the rooms, but we knew that and it was worth the climb for the peaceful location above the busy main area and the views over the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean and fresh. Lovely decor and exactly as shown in the photos. Shower was brilliant! Mini fridge and kettle provided. (we had 3 rooms without the kitchenette) Our group of 3 couples loved it and would recommend to any friends travelling to Dubrovnik in the future.

Would have liked a selection of coffee and tea to use with the kettle. Some rooms had a few tea bags and some didn't? Would have just been nice to make a coffee in the morning.

Lovely terrace with beautiful view over the old town

A newly remodeled apartment in a beautiful old building, yet with the comfort of modern facilities. Very clean, good space. A kitchen with all the equipment we need, a lovely terrace with stunning view over the old town. Central location in the old town, close to all attractions, restaurants, shops, harbour and beach. Yes, there’s lots of stairs to climb to get here, but this is Dubrovnik old town, so you should expect it, especially if you want a view, which means you need a ‘high’ location.

The bed is very hard. A top mattress could easily solve this problem. Thin walls (and/or floors?) - we could hear people walking and moving chairs from the other rooms.

Be sure to bring along your own toiletries as only small bottles of body wash are provided. Do also be aware that there are quite a few steeps stairs to get to the property in case you have any mobility issues.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik

Apartment was delightful, exactly as described, views were amazing and room exceptionally clean. Check in was easy and appreciated the early checkin. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare breakfast and if you wanted to a basic dinner. Located in the walls of the old city close to all the cafes, restaurants and bars.

great room and facilities, the only challenge is it’s a good walk up the hill to get to it!! so be aware of that. this was made worse due to the very hot weather! but overall it was excellent and lovely people and fabulous shower!!

We really loved the design of the room, the bathroom was particularly nice. There was plenty of storage space, location was excellent and staff were very helpful in giving recommendations and assisting with travel plans as well as helping us carry our bags to the apartment.

There were so many stairs! The walk up from the old town centre to the villa wasn't too long but the stairs made it very difficult on arrival as we had suitcases to carry up. We had basic amenities in the room but it would have been nice to have some tea/coffee. We also thought there was a kitchen in the villa but couldn't seem to find one. We had a fridge and cutlery/plates but nowhere to prepare anything. The toilet also had a faulty flush so when we flushed it would then continue running water for hours.

Nice room located at the back of the old town

Lovely room, nicely decorated with a great shower. Good location in the old town but it is located up lots of steps! Comfy and had all the amenities required. hosts very helpful with recommending activities and restaurants and giving tips for seeing the city.

No long mirror for getting ready, only a small mirror above the sink in the bathroom. our room was next to the front door and we found it to be quite loud with people dragging suitcases down the stairs very early in the morning.

Would 100% stay again

We loved the terrace, would definitely recommend this room to anyone. The decor of the apartment is exactly like the photos. We found it really easy to find the place to collect the key, they allowed us to get into our room early, gave advice on places to visit, eat etc. They also helped us carry our case up to the accomodation and explained everything when we got there. Extremely helpful and friendly.

Wasn't a problem for us but this is quite high up, so lots of steps to get to the apartment. The bed was a bit too firm for me.
