La Vita e Bella II

Super conveniently located and a very short walk to nearly anything you need inside the city walls. Amenities were awesome, staff was superb, room was very much like an upper mid-range hotel. They truly thought of everything inside the room! I think the best part was the luggage porter - TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT! The set of stairs leading up to the property are step, uneven, and often wet from the kitchen across the way. Carrying my luggage DOWN those stairs was a recipe for disaster. So I stopped by their office on the way out, told them my luggage was ready (they stored it for me for 6 hours while I toured the city). and they went and grabbed it all. NO CHARGE! It was HOT the last day in town and before I caught my flight, I was able to shower off and change in the downstairs bathroom. THAT WAS A DREAM!

Location was amazing, close to Pile gate and not very many stairs to get there. Check-in and actual apartment in different locations but easy to get from one to another. Love the WhatsApp communication and the fact we can keep luggage till later in the evening as well as a shower room if your flight is later. Loved the cute aesthetics and amenities.

Perfect . Lots of little touches . Very comfortable indeed.

All was great. The staff are really excellent. If you need help with the luggage as reception is separate to the accommodation .

The location in the old town was great.

The room was very cramped and small, quite a lot of additional furniture and the dehumidifer so it felt cluttered and difficult to move around. The bathroom was very narrow with no real privacy. The shower tray silicone was black in areas so it felt a bit unclean, there were also some patchy areas of damp on the ceiling. Being built into the brick of the old town it's understandable there is a little bit of a smell but the room felt damp and musty. It felt like they had gone too far on the additional extras like random ribbons, hats, boxes of slippers and extra towels. Everything needs pairing back a bit.
