Superb accommodation within the hub of the city.

Our accommodation was exceptionally clean and well turned out. The attention to detail in the room was superb, and lots of little details to make our stay more comfortable. The bath in the room with a view of the city was unique and well received. A true home from home experience. Well done La Vita e Bella!

Great Location, Pretty and Stylish Room

Location was excellent. The room was beautiful and had great amenities. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The decor very stylish and pretty. Very nice fluffy towels with bathrobes and slippers, very nice touch. There was a very large bathtub in the room. It looked inviting, but we never used it. A kitchenette or a couch would have been better for us. The room was on the top floor, 4 floors of winding steps. It had nice windows that kept it bright with a view across the rooftops. The bed was big and comfortable.

One side of the bed was pushed up against the sloping wall. Making it awkward to get in and out. A kitchenette with microwave would be more useful than the giant bathtub.

Perfect location smacked off the Main Street of Old Town Dubrovnik. King bed, clean, well-appointed room, quiet - great plus in this very vibrant town.

It is not for people with disabilities since there are steps from Main Street to the unit. No daily housekeeping, but the unit has everything you need.

The hotel is nicely equipped and charming, with attention to detail and amenities that, in theory, should provide a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, my experience was affected by the excessive humidity in the room. Despite having a dehumidifier, there was a persistent unpleasant smell that made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable.

The room was on the ground floor and had a very small window, which meant there was virtually no natural light. It felt dark and closed off throughout the day, requiring artificial lighting at all times — which only added to the damp feeling.

Incredible location and amenities in the room, decoration made it such a cozy and cool atmosphere right in the great spot in Old Town. Oriana at the reception desk was great and helped us tremendously!

Difficult to Check in and No Breakfast

The room is very clean and is in a very convient location.

The check-in process is quite difficult. We arrived around 1pm and called the staff, and She said She will in check-in office an hour later. She showed up around 3:15pm. Also the booking information mention breakfast is free, but we were told it is not provided.

Perfect stay and location to explore Dubrovnik

So well equipped, they had thought if everything, flip flops sun hats all normal toiletries and more ! Really. Comfortable bed, beautiful china loved it !

A touch of luxury in a great, central location!

The room was lovely, clean and was very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were high quality. There was a kettle and robes which is always nice to have. The staff was very communicative, nice and helpful. The location is central and convenient. There is an office to store your bags.

There were a lot more steep, stone steps than I was told to reach the office and then the apt. Not an issue as it an old town but if I had known how many steps there were I would have requested assistance (which is available).

I liked the nice reception we received from Aleta. She made our visit fun and memorable. She smiled and laughed with us and she explained everything really well. The manager should treat her well because she was great. The room itself was in a great location and was very well maintained. The only negative is that we were on the ground floor and the room had a musty smell to it.

Everything from the communication with Darjia to well appointed room was superior. We traveled with family so had 3 rooms. Beds, pillows, linens were lux. Lots of fun extras in the room. Location could not have been better. Highly recommend La Vitta Bella.

the location was amazing. the room and facilities were amazing. a good selection of tea and coffee and the bose speaker was a nice touch

we tried to run a bath and the water ran cold. i messaged to ask for help and it took an hour for a reply which is fine but it was to say make sure a switch is kept turned on. that should be mentioned at check in as there were so many switches for lights it got flicked off accidentally without realising what it did. we turned it back on and we’re told the hot water would come after 20 minutes. we tried a few times over 1.5 hours before giving up as it was very late. such a shame as it’s not often you get a bathtub in your room. it felt very special and we weren’t able to use it

Fantastic hotel in 13th century home of a bishop. Room highly functional/efficient. Amenities excellent. Loved location. Highly recommend.

Not enough electrical outlets. But it's a remodeled/restored 13th century home. No open outlets for charging phones or my cpap machine. Had to improvise with an adapter with multiple USB ports and power ports.

Once we got there.....a fantastic spot in Old Town!

The location in the middle of Old Town was fantastic! The room was very clean and the hosts provided little gifts (which we didn't take because they did not fit). The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning worked well (which was important in the midst of the heat wave!)

The communication prior to our stay was a bit sketchy. As we were driving to Dubrovnik we finally were told that their parking spots were not available so it was a scramble to arrange parking. Once in Dubrovnik the communication was excellent although we never met anyone.....all communication was via What's App including getting an electronic key via an app they sent a link for (thank God my internet connection worked while I was standing in the alley outside the apartment!).
