It was clean! Great location and wonderful staff!
10.0 / 10.0
Small hotel (only five rooms) right in the heart of Dubrovnik. In an old building but very well maintained. We had a spacious executive suite on the top floor of the building with a view of the old town. The hotel does not have a 24/7 reception, but the helpful staff was already waiting for our arrival. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a wide selection of breakfast places in the surrounding area. It should be noted that there are 35 stairs from the street to the hotel and another 50 inside the hotel.
Definitely recommend.
Nothing to say.

The rooms were very well decorated and fitted out, comfortable and clean.
Romano was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information.
Obviously, being in the old town there is some noise at night, but, on the whole, it was of an acceptable level, and generally dies down after 11pm.

Dominus Little Palace was terrific. Easily accessible (not too many stairs), centrally located, incredible, timely communication and very friendly, informative staff. The room was beautiful, stylish, clean!
The room was a bit on the small side. It wasn't an issue, just something to know. Absolutely lovely room and decor!

Helpful and efficient service from the owner / staff. Ideal location. Boutique accommodation with comfortable rooms. Good value.

Location is ideal. Very clean. Front desk staff very responsive.
The double bed was very squishy and jiggly such that when either I or my husband moved or rolled over, the other was immediately awakened. Very disappointing!

Clean, convenient, super communication from property and staff!
Everything was perfect

The location was perfect and the assistance we got from Romano was second to none

Located in old town. Well appointed room, if somewhat small.
Room 1 is relatively small and right next to the steps leading past the hotel. The noise from people talking and dragging luggage was annoying. Better soundproofing is a must.

Great location inside the old town. Very comfortable bed. Plus Romano the manager was fantastic- had heaps of recommendations about what to do and where to eat and go. Was very helpful and really made our stay effortless.
Nothing - was all good

Where to start , perfect location, beautiful place to stay , communication excellent ! This is an absolute Gem.
As soon as I booked I realised I wouldn’t be around till late evening so sent a message to Mirela who replied almost instantly , at check in I was greeted by a gentlemen who took so much time to ask what I was looking to do in Dubrovnik and my type of food and explained to me so many things about Dubrovnik and even saved me money by explaining about the day pass for attractions 😊 Mirela is also awesome !! Communicates with anything you ask and always replies quickly . I have nothing bad to say about this place , only that I will be back again in 2026
Nothing , it was perfect

Wow! We were 3 adults and we had the top floor with a vaulted ceiling and wonderful views. Clean, comfortable, quiet and away from the crowds. Nice and modern.
Nothing! We were thrilled.

The decor was chic. Felt very much upscale for a small hotel. Super convenient location to everything.
Personally prefer a more firm mattress. But air conditioning and everything about the room was great. Note: you have lots of luggage you will be carrying them up series of steps. Also rooms are a bit tight on storage.

The staff was fantastic, the room was light and bright ( we had the room in the picture) nice towels, coffee in room. There is a lot of attention to detail.
Stairs to get to property but apparently that’s true with most of the hotels.

Great location in Old Town. Some people complain about the noise but wasn’t an issue for us and we were on 1st floor.
Beautiful room.
Communication before and during stay was excellent.
Dubrovnik is v expensive. For the value the room was small, soft mattress and scratchy, frayed towels. Similar to New York City.

Very comfortable and functional room, communication was excellent and host on arrival and departure was excellent - his English was great and we were well informed overall. Some stairs to negotiate but should not be too problematic for most guests.

Location and wonderful staff!
Just a little noisy at night from the street.

The experience at this hotel was above and beyond my expectations. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even helped us with our luggage to and from the gates. My daughter's luggage was delayed and they took over and made sure it was delivered and in our room while we enjoying this beautiful city. The front staff, Romano was amazing and made sure our stay was comfortable. Mirela gave us her number so that we could be in touch with her at anytime to ask questions or make requests. The hotel is central and in a perfect location within the walls of Dubrovnik. An amazing trip and stay made by these amazing people and a beautiful boutique hotel.

Great location. In the old town but not noisy. Easy to get to when you first arrive. Only one set of stairs and someone to meet you to help you with luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Expensive. But that is a sign of the area.

- staff member stayed back after realising our flight into dubrovnik was delayed and welcomed us with a very thorough and informative check in and took the time to talk through the hotel amenities as well as sights to see and places to eat.
- location was excellent - situated within the old town and with only 10 or so steps to climb to access - very easy.
- clean room and comfortable beds with pillows.
No breakfast available but this is a minor point

Stunning boutique hotel located next to... everything! Plus a special thanks for helping us watch the Euro Women's final and making the family very happy.

Excellent location close to Pile Gate and City Wall Walk entrance. Also close to tour operators (GoT and kayaking). Charming suite with sweet Old Town view on top floor. Mirela and staff responded right away to questions about the room, restaurants, etc. Soul Kitchen nearby a great place for vegans.
If and only if you have a medical issue climbing stairs stay elsewhere.

Lovely room & location was great.
The bed was particularly soft.

The location was superb close to the centre of old town.
Modern on the inside however well decorated to keep character and style of Dubrovnik. Room is very clean and all the facilities making our stay very comfortable.
The hosts are very helpful with providing details on restaurants and landmarks worth visiting upon arrival, further providing a map and information.
They are easily contacted over WhatsApp and responded instantly to any queries or assistance.
Will be visiting again in the future, highly recommended.
Nothing, it was fabulous!

Staff was wonderfully responsive and helpful with recommendations and wanting to ensure we had an enjoyable time, including making a 4:30 am airport transfer arrangement for us. Great location not far from the Pile gate in a quiet street. There are some stairs to get there and to get to rooms, but then Dubrovnik itself has stairs everywhere, so that is par for the course!
Nothing, all was lovely

Location was good.
The room was very small. No where to sit but on the bed, no where to unpack your case but on the bed. Insufficient space for storing your suitcase.

There's honestly not much I can say bad about our stay! We stayed in the very top room - I highly recommend booking it if you stay there. It's worth the extra cost. Very spacious, especially for European rooms. Staff is amazing! Romano, at the front desk, and Mariela, the owner, went above and beyond. Location is top notch. The view is breathtaking, Location is perfect. Very easy to find and smack dab in the center of old town!
Yes, as others have said, there are a lot of steps but the staff helped us get our luggage up. True, I wouldn't recommend it for someone with any mobility issues. But otherwise, it shouldn't be an issue. (Our room was also at the top of another 3 flights. You just get your steps in! :))
Two things but they didn't bother me enough to not give it a 10!
First, and this isn't the hotel's fault, is that it's a little noisy at night. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs in the alley till really late. It didn't bother me...I sleep heavy. But just something to note. If you're looking for something super quiet it might not be the best location for you.
Second, the only negative is that there's no restaurant so no breakfast is included. Their is a restaurant at the bottom of the stairs that gives 10% off though and we had a very good breakfast there. Again, not a deal breaker or even enough of a big deal to take down my rating. Plus, in that area, most of the hotels I looked at also didn't include breakfast so I don't think it's common in old town.

Location is key for us and Domina Little Palace certainly ticks that box. Also super friendly staff (Romano met us at the taxi outside the city wall and carried both our heavy cases up many of the Old City’s alleyway stairs, as well as up to our room). The room was very comfortable, quiet and had a good bathroom.
Anyone preferring as few stairs as possible and a generously sized room, may wish to reconsider staying within the Old City walls. The fact that DLP doesn’t offer breakfast had a plus side: we got to enjoy the Old Town each morning, before the crowds rolled in.

A perfect location within the old city walls! The staff was very attentive to our needs. They were there to help with whatever we needed.
Everything was great! I’m sure some people will say that the 25+ stairs are a concern but even though we are older and slower, we managed.

The location was perfect! The information given upon check-in so valuable and complete, nice bathroom.
The bed was terrible, it is a bit noisy as people are walking right next to the window but it does quiet down after 11pm

Great location. Just off the main business areas to be quiet all night and into the morning. Of course, some steps to climb to reach the locality, but nothing compared with many others in Dubrovnik.
Warmly received by Mirela, felt welcomed and she provided some helpful insight to assure our time in Dubrovnik would be well spent.
The rooms, and for that matter the entire home, is beautifully finished, decorated, and spotless.

It was in a fabulous location in the Old Town, close to tour starting points as well as to all attractions and restaurants. The staff Romano and proprietor Mirela were extremely helpful with recommendations as well as with organising transportation. It made our stay totally hassle-free!
Nothing.

This hotel is conveniently located in the old city, within the walls and all the major attractions are only minutes away. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The staff are very helpful and the cleaner is very efficient with her coming to clean the room early every day, so I had a fresh room when I returned to rest in the afternoon. The staff member who checked me in (Romano) is friendly and helpful and provided me with maps and advice on restaurants to eat in. Check in was also very efficient, with Romano waiting for me when I arrived.

Antonio who greeted us and checked us in and out was absolutely brilliant with help- especially with luggage ! , but also excellent advice and just so professional .
The hotel is in a perfect location in the beautiful Old Town of Dubrovnik , and the Dominus Little Palace is such a wonderful place to stay , in keeping with the traditions of the Old Town
Given the setting and the beauty of the Old Town , nothing could have been better , apart from prices in an expensive place to be regards food and drink , that is not a reflection on the hotel , just a sad fact regards the Old Town , also so many restaurants offer the same Pizza /Pasta type food, but with research and help from the hotel we did find some excellent places offering more traditional local food
8.0 / 10.0
A great location, easy to get to and close to everything in the old town. The hosts were super helpful and the room was very clean with everything we needed.
Nothing to do with the property, but be aware of the breakfast voucher - definitely not worth using. You basically get a voucher for 9 euros, which gives you 9 euros off of the nominated restaurant’s breakfast menu. However the restaurant does not allow you to use it off the standard menu, you get a special menu - in essence an omelette, coffee and orange juice, which will still cost you 9 euros, even with the voucher. You can get much better food off of the Main Street in the old town

Great location, well appointed room with AC and views. Mirela and the rest of the staff were very helpful with luggage and multiple recommendations. Wine garden next door was wonderful too.

The location was absolutely amazing! The staff were brilliant, Roman from check in team was so helpful, he met us at the taxi drop off area and helped us with our bags and gave us great recommendations for our time in Dubrovnik. The room was clean and well presented.
The room was a little bit smaller than we were expecting which was ok as we were only there one night but if we were staying for longer it would have been difficult to store our stuff in a tidy/accessible way.
Overall the property is great and I would definitely recommend!
