The suite was clean and fairly comfortable. It was nicely renovated, air conditioned, and nice views of the city.

The room we were in had a slanted ceiling that you have to be careful about to not hit your head on. Note that there are many, many stairs to get to the building itself, then more steps if you have an upper floor. Would not be conducive to those who have large baggage or cannot carry their luggage up many stairs.

Very kind host, beautiful view of Old Town, close location and very comfortable bed.

Location is awesome, so close to everything but was not prepared for stairs. The bed was SO comfortable we slept very well. The view of Old Town was so incredibly beautiful!! And the host was very communicative and kind.

The shower was a little bit odd. The height of it was difficult for taller people and it was angled in a strange way that it sprayed out of the tub. The stairs were a bit much but expected for European city.

The host was extremely kind and communicative, excellent service and very comfortable bed. The view from the windows made climbing all those stairs worth it

Went on this trip with my mother. It would have been wonderful to have a full length mirror somewhere. The mirror in the bathroom is a bit tall if you’re on the shorter side, which made getting ready a bit tricky. 4 nights was the perfect amount of time in the old town for us.

80+ steps, poor communication, moldy and Luke warm water for shower!

Nothing!

Climbing 80 steep steps to get to property. Once inside another 15-20 steps to reach Unit 2. I specifically asked about steps before booking but never received a reply! The room was clean however you could see mold coming through the paint in several areas where they had tried to paint over it! The water in the shower does not get that hot even after turning knob to hottest water temperature. This place is not worth the price they ask per night!! I do not recommend this place and would not stay here again!

A place I will never recommend

Absolutely Nothing.

Our flat was a ground floor, super humid, the towels and bed sheets will always be humid… the smell was terrible due to the humidity of the place. At 07.30h AM the cleaning lady decided to switch ON the washing machine: the noise was unbearable. The walls were even vibrating… we complained, but they took 1 hour to stop it. AC and Small fridge, both super noisy. You cant sleep if you dont switch off that fridge. Being right after the main building door, the noise of people coming in and out is continuous. There are 2 windows, each of them facing outside stairs where people keeps passing at all times, you cant have them open… there’s no ventilation.

The location was right in the heart of old town. It was walking distance to everything.

There were a lot of steps so I would avoid it if you have check in luggage to carry up. It was very dark inside and mouldy.

Fantastic end to our Croatia trip!

The apartment was spotless, a very comfy large bed with a sofa and breakfast bar, the air con worked very efficiently without being freezing, which was necessary after a long day with the many steps in the old town. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was coffee/tea. The bathroom was spacious and had a heater which helped dry wet swimwear and towels. Very quaint area of the old town, you walk in from the beautiful old alleyways into modern comfort. Would 100% stay again!

Every time we would have a shower it would flood the entire bathroom. It was so annoying. They definitely need to put a screen up to prevent that from happening

Not a hotel, more like Airbnb

The room was big and had a nice bathroom and kitchenette

This is not a hotel even though I booked it as a hotel. It was an Airbnb with no staff on site, or front desk. I had to call to access the place late at night, fortunately I had data on my phone.

Great location, approx 120 steps to access room, bad smell throughout apartment, not great condition or customer service

The location was great, everything within the Old Town is about a 2-4 minute walk from the apartment.

I stayed at the property for 4 days, as soon as I checked in I asked for extra towels (only two small towels provided for showering) and did not receive any extra towels until day 3. It should be mentioned in the advert but there were 85 steps up to the apartment entrance, then again once the apartment was entered it depends what floor you are on but we had another 34 steps to the room. It is quite difficult with suitcases etc and would not be do-able for everyone. There was a very bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, in the mornings when the bathroom door was opened it would spread all across the room. The smell was also in the main entrance and hallway in the apartment complex and was very strong and overpowering. Also as soon as we entered the apartment we tried to get the wifi code from the wifi box which was located on a shelf above the TV, clearly the shelf was broken and just left somehow balancing on top of the shelf, the shelf broke and the box fell down and hit my head. I had to leave the box sitting on top of a stool for the duration of the stay. When mentioned to the host she did not apologize or seem concerned at all.

Zeljka was very helpful throughout our stay and the space itself is quite big and modern. Its a value stay for Dubrovnik prices but compared to the rest of the world you are not getting your moneys worth

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very modern with all facilities and a comfortable bed. Right in the middle of the old town.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the "room deluxe", DO NOT recommend! Had a moldy old smell. Reachable and accomodating host though who upgraded us the day after to the "top floor room" that was fortunately available and had a very pleasant rest of our stay: no smell, airy, nice view. Beware many steps to get there though!! As with many places in old town Dubrovnik.

Upscaled room in an old town

The room is located in the old town without allowing any cars. I knew I did not have the capability to find it. I met with the manger Ivana at the entrance of Hilton parking. That was pretty nice. The room is remodeled very good. Stores are nearby and convenient.
