Localização ótima, quarto limpo e novo, staff super atencioso.
A questão do teto ser baixo é algo a ser considerado, pois diminui o espaço útil do quarto. Não tem chuveiro, apenas uma ducha e a banheira. Parte do ar condicionado fica atrás do armário, o que não atrapalhou, visto que já estava ligado quando chegamos no quarto. A questão das escadas também deve ser levada em conta. Somos jovens e levamos de boa.

Spacious room in the heart of the old town. Owner was lovely and helpful.
I didn't realise Dubrovnik Old Town was full of so many stairs and reaching this apartment took 85 steps, which was harder as I'm pregnant and travelling with my parents and had a 30kg suitcase. Would be fine for a weekend city break. Also could hear banging from neighbours.

Location in the old town, cleanliness, good air conditioning, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. We also like the assistance that was found by the property manager to get our bags up the stairs.
The hundred or so steps from the Stradun up to the residences.
