Confort de la chambre, emplacement en pleine vieille ville, très bon petit déjeuner, service efficace et sympathique, cadre agéable, propreté.

Vis-à-vis sur cours depuis la chambre et insonorisation très perfectible (comme dans la grande majorité des hôtels dans lesquels nous avons déjà séjourné).

The location is fantastic. Just a minute from the Pile Gate entry. We were able to drop our bags early and they kindly took them up to our room on the 3rd floor for us. The breakfast included was the best we had throughout Europe. The rooms are lovely, beds comfortable and great shower. And the staff are very helpful.

No lift. But that can’t be helped in an older building.

The location is amazing. Breakfast is à la carte, but excellent quality (and we generally like a wide variety of options, but this one although not many options are available - it was really very good).

Wow, where do I even begin? The hotel had everything going for it to be highly rated, if it weren't for two major unacceptable inconveniences. 1- The bath towels were folded on the bed, and when we went to use them, we noticed dirt that looked like poop! 2- Reception is only open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so there was no one to help. I sent a message to the number via WhatsApp and Booking.com, and no one responded. I called the number, and someone answered, and they weren't very friendly at the beginning, but they indicated where we could get new towels. Afterwards they pointed us to a place to have coffee and cake as a form of apology. That was kind, but we didn't have time to got there and unfortunately don’t minimise the incident. 3- The hot water in the shower isn't enough for two showers in a row. If you don't like cold showers, this hotel isn't for you.
