Noisy location

Fantastic location and staff

Noise was absolutely an issue. Also the temp of the room was limited to 73f so with out a fan it felt warm and with the windows open EXTREMELY NOISY. Plus, while we were able to check in early, the house keeping was still cleaning the room next door at 3-4 pm and we couldn’t have any early sleep because of the noise. It was disappointing

A perfect stay at a perfectly located old city hotel.

Nothing bad about this hotel. The location right inside the Old City gate, the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast - all excellent and exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely book again.

Two flights of stairs, but then again Old Dubrovnik is nothing but stairs. :)

Great small hotel - would absolutely stay there again

Awesome location in old town. middle of the 'alley' so not noisy. Clean, spacious rooms. Wonderful, helpful staff.

The hotel is apparently a 'teaching hotel' where many of the workers are being trained for roles in hospitality. I love this idea in concept, but would have loved if the cafe manager trained the students on working the espresso machine as the first order of business... also - like all things in the old town, stairs are a reality. pack light if possible...

Location! It’s in the middle of everything! I loved the included breakfast as well.

The air conditioning struggled. You don’t have much control and could only lower it to 74 degrees which is fine during the day but pretty warm for sleeping.

Location is good but that’s about it

Excellent location, breakfast staff were very pleasant

We got clean towels once in 5 days, had to ask for them, the rooms are very small, no where to put any belongings in the bathroom, one of the teenagers working there pulled the fire alarm as a prank at 9pm and we had to stand in the pouring rain for an hour with no apologies. No staff on duty after 3 pm, very noisy at night due to teenage staff that appeared to be living there, beds are very hard and bed covers very scratchy.

A bit disappointing

The hotel is very close to the Pile Gate. Location is fantastic.

This is a academic hotel which means staff are majority students being trained in the hotel management business. Their reception is only up to 3pm and after that time, nobody will be available even to answer inquiries. There is also no housekeeping on weekends. So our rooms were not made up Saturday and Sunday. Since we had to leave early in the morning and our room is at the 3rd floor, we had to carry down our luggage 3 flights of stairs without any assistance. The hotel is nice but not for seniors with joint and medical problems.

Sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt.

Wir haten ein Superior Zimmer mit Queensize-Bett reserviert, aber das Zimmer war ausgesprochen klein und das Bett bestenfalls Mittelmaß. Man bestellt eine von 5 möglichen Frühstücksoptionen, unflexibel und nicht reichhaltig. Das Personal verläßt das "Hotel" um 15 Uhr.

Não tinha um atendente para ajudar com as malas ficamos no último andar , tres andares de escada com 2 malas de 20kg a experiência de hospedagem já começou ruim o ar condicionado não funcionou pensa o verão a noite com o ar aos 25 graus sem falar no café da manhã uma vergonha me apresentaram um cardápio se escolher uma omelete não podia escolher uma fruta ou se pedia um croissant com frutas não tinha o direito de comer uma omelete também pedi um capuccino e fui tomar um expresso não podia pois já tinha tomado o capuccino nunca fui em hotel neste valor cobrando a parte o café da manhã quando na reserva tão regrado para usar uma palavra educada

El desayuno estaba muy rico ,el café delicioso ,el chico que nos atendía era muy profesional...Todo estaba limpísimo y el personal era super amable.La ubicación fantástica a 4 metros de la entrada a la calle principal de la ciudad pero a pesar del ruido que había en la calle no se oía nada .estaba muy bien aislada del ruido.

Las escaleras ...estabamos en el tercer piso y fue un horror subir y bajar las escaleras,aunque hay que acostumbrarse porque es algo bastante común en Croacia.Si tu hotel está en pleno casco histórico es muy fácil que no haya ascensor.Y luego el desayuno que estaba delicioso pero era un poco escaso ya que te obligan a escoger entre 4 o 5 tipos de desayuno pero son excluyentes.Es decir puedes elegir un desayuno francés con croissant,mermelada ,mantequilla etc pero no puedes tomarte unos huevos revueltos a la vez porque eso forma parte de otro tipo de desayuno.El aprovechamiento del espacio era excesivo en la habitación un poco reducida todo al milimetro....En el baño mucha calor porque estaba el termo del agua caliente y era un poco axfisiante .Pero por lo demás hemos estado muy a gusto

Gran elección en la Ciudad Vieja.

El alojamiento se encuentra a pocos pasos de la Puerta de la Pila, lo que es superconveniente para mover el equipaje, ya que toda la ciudad vieja es exclusivamente peatonal. La habitacion amplia y bonita, la cama muy cómoda y con un muy buen baño. Todo nuevo. Ubicada además a 10 metros de la calle principal. Tiene acceso con código y recepción en horarios limitados, pero no representa ningun problema. También un muy buen desatuno
