The staff were really excellent. the rooms were clean, well appointed and air conditioned. The availability of various options for breakfast exceeded my expectations. Fantastic location inside the old city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubrovnik Old Town. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the historic center, restaurants, and attractions on foot. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was especially good, with a nice variety of options and a great way to start the day before sightseeing. We appreciated the overall quality of the accommodations and the convenience of being located in the heart of the Old Town. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning did not work as well as we would have liked, and the room could become a bit warm at times. However, this did not significantly impact our stay.

The location is amazing. Breakfast is à la carte, but excellent quality (and we generally like a wide variety of options, but this one although not many options are available - it was really very good).

Wow, where do I even begin? The hotel had everything going for it to be highly rated, if it weren't for two major unacceptable inconveniences. 1- The bath towels were folded on the bed, and when we went to use them, we noticed dirt that looked like poop! 2- Reception is only open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so there was no one to help. I sent a message to the number via WhatsApp and Booking.com, and no one responded. I called the number, and someone answered, and they weren't very friendly at the beginning, but they indicated where we could get new towels. Afterwards they pointed us to a place to have coffee and cake as a form of apology. That was kind, but we didn't have time to got there and unfortunately don’t minimise the incident. 3- The hot water in the shower isn't enough for two showers in a row. If you don't like cold showers, this hotel isn't for you.
