Good location

Hotel do not have dining room to serve breakfast. Elevator for luggage was out of service, it’s very hard to carry Luggage upstairs.

Great location, love that breakfast is included and its room service!! Very comfortable and sizable rooms, loved the bathroom and all the lighting options throughout the room. The air conditioning isn't very strong so it takes a while to feel like the room is cooled. There is no elevator so it's a bit laborious especially when carrying your large suitcase and you can hear the noise from the streets but otherwise couldn't say anything better about this property. Would definitely recommend and would come back if I was ever in Dubrovnik again.

From the moment we booked, everything was easy. The hotel arranged our airport transfers, and we had the loveliest driver who picked us up and took us back to the airport when we left. When we arrived, we were shown around the hotel and made to feel really welcome. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful furniture, lovely artwork and a luxury bathroom. You can tell they've really thought about all the little details. I'm quite fussy, so I always end up taking my own hairdryer, straighteners and toiletries because you never know what's going to be there. I needn't have bothered! They had Rituals shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body lotion, plus dressing gowns, slippers, a proper hairdryer and even hair straighteners. It's the little things like that which make such a difference. Breakfast is ordered the night before and brought straight to your room. The service was amazing from start to finish, and the staff were so helpful, recommending places to visit and restaurants to try, which we really appreciated. The location couldn't be better. It's right in the middle of the Old Town, so everything is on your doorstep. Because of that, it can be a little noisy in the early hours with people heading home after a night out, but the hotel even provides earplugs, which did the job perfectly. We absolutely loved our stay. We didn't manage to fit everything into one weekend, so we'll definitely be back, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

The location was great and the room was modern and spacious. Check in was easy and the property host was very responsive.

The rooms need to be sound proof and they also need blackout curtains. Way too much light from the street coming in at night and the sound too loud. Even the breakfast service in the morning. We were woken up both days at 6am with people and plates moving around. It's a small hallway and stairs.
