The property is in an excellent position, convenient for everything, the guy running it was very, very helpful throughout, if you want luxury this is not the place for you BUT we enjoyed it very much and would recommend this for anyone looking for a good base to get around. Would defo book again based on it the fact it met our needs and we had lovely time exploring and finding our way back easily 😊

The location is wonderful. A short walk from the Pile Gate, not far up a side street.
Customer service was not great. They wanted to put me in an annex for one of my two nights and didn’t understand that I couldn’t switch rooms the next day because I would be on a tour all day. There was little attempt to understand, and I had to figure out an alternative for them so that I was in the same room for my stay.
