The only purpose of a room in this eternal old city is a goods night sleep

The mattress was long passed its hay day. You could feel all the springs from head to toe. We had a headache every morning with our neck stretched upwards due to the brand new hard pillow. The mattress is a very important investment. Hotels change all the mattresses every year!

Location was excellent just inside the walls of the Okd Town. Everything was in reach and main reason we chose this property

It was an amazing location!

The location is absolutely perfect. Not up a million stairs, close to the Pile Bridge and all the shops.

It was not very stocked. If I wanted to actually cook something, there wasn’t enough equipment to do so. There was a towel warmer rack on the bathroom wall to hang clothes to dry, but I wish there was a proper drying rack, as that towel warmer location was not ideal and it’s not the intended purpose. Even though the location was amazing, it was too close to the restaurants and quite loud late into the evening, making it impossible to open windows while sleeping. But that was not a deal breaker. The pillows were all memory foam and too hard, I wished there was softer and thinner pillows. Ended up using the small decorative pillows from the sofa.

Amazing location and service.

The location was amazing! Jelena was such a helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble, absolutely fantastic. Bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything you could need.

The steps to the room are steep. The room and bathroom are a little dated. The noise from the neighbours on one occasion was really bad, and we struggled to sleep, but there was no noise from outside or the restaurant.

The location is great. The keys pick up was very clear and it was explained clearly by Beverly. The response to any questions we have were very quick.

Excellent location and staff.

Staff are excellent. They will make sure you get there and are set up. The lovely receptionists lady WhatsApp messaged me prior to the trip and sort out a taxi with ease. She also met me outside the old town and walked me to the hotel. It is definitely a place to stay. Location is excellent.

The location is perfect! The room had plenty of storage space for luggage. Very comfortable!

I thought I was renting the apartment. There was no option to select the Room Joy which I received. The other renters in the apartment were loud three nights in a row and did not abide by the quiet hours. Neighbors did complain about the noise.

The bathroom needs some attention. The geyser was leaking and there was no basin plug. A shower curtain, just does not work in a rental apartment and feels unhygienic.

Lovely Apartment in Old Town Dubrovnik

Fantastic location right in Old Town Dubrovnik. Very easy to find and close to restaurants and shops, but far enough off the main pedestrian walkways to be pretty quiet. We visited during the off-season, just at the end of the winter festival, and it was perfect for us. The apartment was warm and welcoming, and the hosts were great - quick to respond to questions and messages, helpful at check-in, and provided good advice for parking and getting around. The kitchen had good, quality supplies - plenty of dishes, cutlery, and sharp knives - which was a huge bonus.

The wi-fi was pretty slow, but it worked. The fold-out beds that our kids slept on were decent but one of them probably wasn't going to last much longer.

Convenient apartment in the very center

This apartment is absolutely in the center of everything, mere steps away from Stradun, the main street of old town. The apartment is comfortable and stylish with all the necessities. It is perfect for one or two tourists.

The wifi was quite slow. I messaged the property owner about it, but it seemed there was nothing that could be done. I'm not sure where the router is, but the wifi only worked well near the door of the apartment, not in the main part of the room. Although steps are not a problem for me, people with trouble going up and down stairs could have some trouble at this apartment.

Невідповідність ціни і якості. У ванній стара подерта тумба, на ній старе брудне відро стояло. На цю тумбу тече вода (скоріш за все з бойлера), бо, коли розклали там речі, вони в якійсь момент були всі мокрі, потім на тумбі зʼявлялася калюжа води. Номер дуже маленький, не відповідає ціннику. Сушити речі після пляжу можна тільки в номері, тому коли розкладаєш сушку, то простіру пройти немає. Ще рекомендую попереджати гостей про те, що замок від вуличних дверей відкривається в зворотній бік (тобто ключ треба повертати проти часової стрілки), бо ми посеред ночі вже думали дзвонити адміністратору, думали, що замок зламався і ми не можемо попасти в помешкання. Також нефункціональною виявилася лампа на тумбочці, бо від неї йде тільки шнур, а блока живлення не було. В тумбочці біля ліжка - неприбрані бумажки, на поличці в ванній теж була неприбрана обгортка.
