Great place, great choice

The location was perfect. In the heart of the old city and close to everything. We were only there for one night and I was willing to stay there for a few more days. We have already recommended the place to friends who are traveling.

We enjoyed our stay & location of the apartment but very pricey!!

Apartment was clean, excellent location and had a very comfy bed!

Having to pay in cash once there was not ideal & not what you really want to have to think about doing once already on holiday. Apartment is also very expensive for what it is & very little natural light so never wanted to stay in too long.

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location

We had an excellent experience. Check-in was quick and easy. The apartment is well-equipped and very well located, which made our evening walks through the old town much easier, without having to worry about time or transportation. Anamaria was very attentive and helped us with the laundry as well as with the tips we needed.

We had no complaints.

The perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Right in the middle of the old town. The apartment was a good size with great air conditioning and always hot water. The host was very welcoming and after showing us round, let us get on with our stay. There were always fresh towels in the basket downstairs and a free coffee machine. The apartment is a one minute walk to a lovely bakery. Everywhere felt safe and friendly.

Nothing- it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again. Some reviews have said it can be noisy being in the centre of town but I slept soundly and had no issue at all with noise.

Prefect location, great apartment!

This apartment is perfect! A fab location, clean, tidy and a really good use of the space. It was exactly what we needed. The apartment is really well equipped with all the bits you need for a trip. Right in the heart of Dubrovnik old town. The hosts were super helpful & accommodating.

Nothing! I think the only thing that would’ve made this a 10/10 would’ve been a welcome pack with maybe some milk, tea & coffee. But there are so many places around to grab these bits that it really wasn’t a problem.

- Staff were wonderful - so helpful, accommodating and excellent with communicating. They organised a taxi to collect us from the airport which was very helpful. They also did our washing free of charge! - Great sized apartment. - Fantastic location right in the heart of Old Town. - Comfortable bed (minus the pillows).

- My husband found the pillows uncomfortable; too high and fluffy. - Quite a dark apartment with limited natural light due to being down a side street. However, there is good lighting throughout the apartment.

Loved Villa Flores and would recommend it as a great place to stay if visiting Dubrovnik

Anna Maria was lovely and easy to deal with. Very helpful. We loved the location and directions to get there were easy. The studio was very comfortable and it was good to have 2 chairs to sit in. Handy little kitchenette if you wanted to do some basic home cooking

The only thing we would have liked somewhere to easily put our suitcase and clothes. There was a ledge but it was too hard for us both to use. There is a wardrobe to hang clothes though. Really just a small thing that didn’t deter us from a wonderful 3 nights in Dubrovnik at Villa Flores.

Beautiful city, great place to stay.

This is a family-owned property is set on a quiet back "street" in the old town of Dubrovnik. We stayed in a studio apartment in Villa Flores, and it had everything we needed for this stay. In particular, the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the roomy toilet/shower room. Although we only stayed for two days, fresh towels and toiletries were provided each day. The room is nicely airconditioned and the WIFI was good. The apartment we stayed in had shuttered windows facing the street, but there was no problem with noise, either within the building or from the street. The security appears to be very good, with good locks on both the main front door and for the studio apartment. The owners have a small services room on the ground floor, and typically have a presence in the building during the morning at change over time and for cleaning. There was no difficulty in arranging to meet to "check-in". We didn't cook in the apartment, but there is a basic kitchenette, including a microwave.

This an excellent property so it is difficult to find something to not like. Perhaps check the slow drainage of the shower- but that may just reflect the fact that it is an old building with modern amenities added. Another drinking glass or two might be useful.

La ubicación era fantástica, dentro de la ciudad vieja, pero sin subir las escaleras del pueblo. . Dentro del alojamiento hay escaleras, pero a nosotros nos tocó pocas. La pieza era cómoda y amplia. Estaba todo perfecto y limpio cuando llegamos (no hacen el aseo durante la estadía).

En general todo bien. La noche tranquila, pero en la mañana se escuchaba el ruido de afuera

Fine estate a Dubrovnik

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, in questo appartamento nella città vecchia di Dubrovnik. Appartamento pulito, letto comodo, bagno ampio, con box doccia vetrato. Cucina piccola ma attrezzata adeguatamente per poter fare la colazione, ma volendo anche pranzo/cena. E' stato facile comunicare con la proprietaria (Anamaria), sempre disponibile a soddisfare curiosità e richieste. Ci sono stati forniti anche due teli mare per una giornata in spiaggia, cosa che viaggiando con bagaglio leggero (per 3 giorni di vacanza), abbiamo apprezzato molto. Nel complesso alloggio e centro storico di Dubrovnik hanno superato le nostre aspettative.

Schöne Stadt, aber überteuert.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. Preis (168 Euro) für diese Lage und eine Nacht völlig ok. Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Dubrovnik ist eine tolle Stadt, aber völlig überteuert. Pizza 22 Euro, Salat 18 Euro, Bier 8,50 Euro.
