Villa Flores Room with Balcony

Location, balcony. Great facilities and nicely decorated.

For our top floor apartment there were 3 flights of stairs. Difficult to navigate with suitcases.

The location was excellent so close to everything, and the view from our balcony was just fabulous.

We stayed in Room 1, with a balcony. It was easy to find and we had no problem lugging our luggage up to the room. Remember, Dubrovnik is pedestrian only and has lots of stairs - consider packing light. We saw some fellows assisting some people with luggage but no idea how to hire. Our room was modern, large, quiet & super clean, it even included a fridge! The view from the balcony was spectacular - red roof tops, the wall, the sun setting, you could even hear the church bells (but not when the windows were closed)!! Super close to everything including lots of restaurants. This was our favorite place to stay in Croatia. Should I get the opportunity to return to Dubrovnik, I would definitely stay here again!!

Not sure if this is a property issue or a city issue. However, more handrails up the outside stairs to the property would be great. Note when it rains, the stairwells become waterfalls.

Great location, nice view from balcony

Description was irritating, there were some kitchen supplies but no sink, so we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom (not hygienic). Coffee machine was broken.
