We loved the staff.
Initially we were unable to enter the room as the front door was locked.
But after communication with the Cleaners in the property, we were able to speak with the lovely Kolinda.

Fantastic location just inside the Old City walls which made it easy to catch a taxi a few metres away but also roam the pedestrian only Old City. Not a hotel but had daily housekeeping.
The water pressure was very poor when everyone was taking a shower (we had 4 rooms)

The rooms were spotless and airy with the air conditioning very much appreciated
There was free water on each floor either hot (instead of a kettle in your room) and cold to rehydrate
The location was the best - next to the Pile Gate where taxis can drop
Off and the entrance to the wall and start of the Stradun so if you are staying for only a couple of days these sites are within immediate access
Nothing - we were aware of potentially 56 steps if you are in the top rooms but these were fine even with 2 big cases
Left luggage is behind the reception desk - technically anyone could access so not secure but we did not have a problem
