Excellent location and very thoughtful rooms, super clean, very comfortable. This is an awesome place to stay in Dubrovnik. Super central, walkable to everything. Beautiful historic touches in the room but modern comfort and wonderful bathrooms. Comfortable beds, super quiet despite being in the middle of things and one of the cleanest places I've stayed in. It was really lovely. Also love that nifty luggage elevator! It was a great stay.

The place is awesome and it is absolutely as advertised as a guest house. It is five stars all around. But - My flight was delayed so I arrived at 8pm which wasn't incredibly late. I sent a message through the booking.com platform (the only way to contact that I could find) to give a heads up several hours prior about my arrival but there was no one to greet me, no information provided on how to get in the building, etc. We had other family that had arrived earlier on a red eye and thankfully they had not fallen asleep yet and were able to come out and let me in. There was a phone number on the door but I didn't see it arriving at night. We stayed 2 nights and I didn't see a staff member one single time despite coming and going throughout the days and evenings so just a heads up that it is not a full service hotel, nor is it advertised to be. It is a wonderful guest house but it would have been nice to have some communication at check in is the only recommendation.

Clean, modern and beautifully maintained room in Dubrovnik! Wonderful location. Free ice wine. Very quiet for being in the old town!

The rooms have an odd design. It’s really one big room with a bathroom and bedroom separated by a partition of glass and cabinets. That means there is little to no privacy in the bathroom. And also, if someone turns the bathroom lights on in the middle of the night it lights up the whole room. There was only one tiny trashcan for the whole room. The espresso maker and fridge are in the bathroom. Very weird.

Beautiful, clean rooms, comfortable, quiet, and easy access if you can do stairs.

We stayed in the first floor room and it was beautifully decorated, clean and had Nespresso maker & tea maker. Good location right in the heart of the old town.

There was noisy construction going on right outside our window starting at 7 am through the day with giant scaffolding, dust & bad fumes. While the room was beautiful, it felt cave like and claustrophobic because we couldn’t open the window for fresh air or get any light inside. Taking a shower made everything in the room damp including the sheets. There are 2 very small common rooms that I had to discover myself- they were not told to me. No real reception just a nice gal who met us at the hotel when we arrived- like Airbnb style vs hotel. I didn’t expect that.
