Wonderful stay, wonderful staff

Overall our stay was wonderful. The staff were helpful and responsive. There wasn't a breakfast included and the room was on the expensive side.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The beds, pillows and linens were top notch. Our room was so comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Our room had an extra little lounge place I loved! The location in old town was perfect!

No regrets staying here!

Perfect location in the Old Town! Staff provided a list of places to visit, restaurants to eat, bars to drink, and showed me how to purchase a Dubrovnik pass. This was very helpful because there are sooo many restaurants and different options for ticketing to enter the city walls and various museums. I arrived early, so my room wasn't ready yet, but they still gave me the room key and I left my bags with the staff, went for a walk to Buzu bar (noted on the list) and received a text an hour later letting me know that it was ready.

Beautiful old building right in the Centre of the old town. We found it quiet up in the highest floor. People with mobility issues would struggle as there is no lift. Design and fit out was excellent - interiors were stunning. Loved it all.

Nice, quiet, modern room for 2

It was quiet, great location, modern amenities, loved and appreciated the provided toiletries, towels, etc. Great decor and style- they did a great job being creative with such a small space.

The room doesn't have great circulation, so the air can get musty and congested, even with the air on. We were grateful we could open the window. The bathroom is very cool with an awesome sink, but no counter space for your toiletries and not great lighting for makeup. There was, however, a little table top outside the bathroom door with a small shelf and mirror that worked for nighttime routine.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Rooms were all of a very high standard and the beds were very comfy! Special shout-out to Karla who was super welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to return.

Relaxing and enjoying from start to finish

Location was fantastic near to shops, restaurants and great bars! Exactly what we were looking for. Room was luxurious, far exceeded our expectations. Staff were extremely helpful and also a special shout out to housekeeping, room was presented immaculately. 5 stars!!

Warm hospitality, spotless comfort, and a perfect Old Town location—even without staff on site fulltime.

Karla and her team were exceptionally welcoming. A few days before our arrival, Karla reached out via text to confirm our arrival time, which was great. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Old Town and within walking distance of everything. The hotel itself was very quiet and impeccably clean. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely recommend a visit to Dubrovnik—it’s incredibly safe, and the Old Town is both beautiful and rich in history. Be prepared for lots of steps if you wander off the main Stradun.

While stylish & clean, we weren’t fans of the bathroom design as the glass wasn’t fully opaque.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location

Location was fantastic. Just steps away from Stradun and city walls. Harbour only a few mins walk. Many many restaurants and bars close by. Room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet at night. Some noise from restaurants close by, but very quiet later at night. Reception is not staffed most of the time, but you have the phone number to text any questions or issues, and is very responsive. We had a great stay!

Didn’t impact us, but sofa bed is pretty high off the ground, and single bed size. I don’t think that bed would suit a small child who moves around the bed a lot! But worked fine for my family.

Great location! Close to everything. Not very many stairs to get to hotel. A small luggage elevator was really nice at the hotel. Room was beautiful! Had everything we needed and nice and quiet! Staff was wonderful and super helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, tours etc. would definitely stay again!!!

Wow.. Blown away. Beautiful old building in the middle of the old city. Close to Pile gate so you dont have to lug your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Room was awesome! Big for a European hotel room. Beautiful appointments. Bathroom was great with plenty of water pressure and hot water. They have a luggage elevator for your bags. So convenient to all of the old city. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for your stay! Thank you!

Great boutique hotel with an amazing location

An amazing location in the Old Town with everything minutes away. A very cool boutique hotel with fantastic appliances - we’ve already ordered the kettle for home! Nice touches with hair straighteners, robes, etc. And very helpful staff!

The bathroom was different… it effectively had opaque Perspex walls which meant turning on the light in the bathroom lit up the whole room. But it also meant you could hear everything happening in the bathroom… there were well-placed mirrors to ensure you couldn’t see everything but you could still see a lot!

Attractive, centrally located boutique hotel

A recently opened, very well appointed small hotel just off Stradun. Very nice mix of modern (good quality) and old. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. We just needed a place for a night (morning flight), but this ended up being a very nice surprise. We would happily go back for a couple of days. Lovely staff.

Great location in the heart of Old Town. Room was very modern and clean. Staff was very helpful in mapping out some attractions and showing the amenities in the room. Really fell upon a diamond in the rough.

Only issue was the name on Apple Maps is specifically “7oaks” without a space, which confused me at first.

Amazing hotel! Karla (the host) was brilliant, very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. The hotel room was very modern and clean, with luxury toiletries. Hotel is right in the centre of Old Town so everything was on our doorstep. Less than 5 min walk to the entrance for the City Walls. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Dubrovnik. Thank you Karla for such an enjoyable stay!
