Wonderful stay!

We had such a great stay at Casa Rosa! The hotel arranged a car transfer from the airport, and when we arrived in Old Town they met us at the car and wheeled our bags all the way to the hotel (a huge help since you can’t drive inside the walls). The hotel has only been open a couple of months, so everything is brand new and very boutique with only 9 rooms — we hardly saw any other guests during our stay. The location inside the city walls was super convenient, and the laundry service came at the perfect time in the middle of our trip. Breakfast is offered at the restaurant downstairs, though we ate elsewhere so can’t comment on that. Overall, a really comfortable and easy stay!

Our room was definitely on the smaller side, but they made it very clear that we were booking a "Small" room. The only thing I wish we could've changed was that the shower seemed to get water everywhere. Not sure if it was due to the modern design, or it a repair needed to be made. It absolutely was not a make it or break it issue though!

Old town convenient stay

Perfect location! Yummy breakfast and friendly staff and fresh towels each day. Looks just like the pictures. Cute little balcony with view of the walls open to all guests.

I booked 2 different rooms due to availability. When I arrived was told I could move to the room I would be staying in for 2 nights, to make things easier on cleaning staff I agreed, unfortunately it was a way smaller room on the first floor. I wish I had at least enjoyed one night in the nicer room I paid for. It’s a little noisy you hear everyone coming in and leaving and super tight. If it’s in your budget book a better room it comes with a lot more stairs but you will be a lot more comfortable and sleep better.

Ana, the manager, was amazing! She was able to make us feel warm and welcome! For our flight out of Dubrovnik, we had to leave very early. She came at 4:30 am to help transport our luggage to the car! Top notch service.

Its location in old town was fabulous. It’s right next to the little marina where the day trip boats take off and return from. It’s towards the quiet end of the old town walls next to the highly rated Carmen Trattoria which had queues of diners. There is also a little beach round the corner where you can go swimming in the sea next to a nice little dockside bar serving beverages! Best location really in old town. If you get one of the rooms facing the water it’s so worth it with the views and so much larger than the rooms on the other side of the building which are very small

A wonderful stay at Casa Rosa - a hidden gem!

A newly renovated property within the walls of the Old Town, pleasant and helpful staff, decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast was included in our room rate, some would see that the choices as limited. Our group though found the menu satisfactory and the owner also said ”if what you want isn’t on the menu, just ask….” You cant be fairer than that! The hotel does not have a lift and this could prove difficult for some.

Location is excellent,, overlooking the port just behind the wall with a small opening leading u through the wall to the boats,, it gives u the ora of living in the old town but with well designed new decorated rooms, the staff is like ur host family they help u in doing everything u need without looking for something in return. We loved our stay here! It was a beautiful brand new room, very clean with a comfortable bed. The location was wonderful and allowed us to access restaurants and attractions in Old Town within walking distance. We really appreciated the personal touch from the host and how responsive he was. Breakfast was great. This is an amazing spot for couples.

Experience of a small boutique hotel: stylish, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. It’s in a perfect location in the old town. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, from assisting with our luggage to offering great local recommendations, everything was done with care. Fair price for the location and quality. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Rosa! The location was amazing - right in the heart of the old town. I loved that we were so close to everything, but the building is tucked away so it was very quiet and relaxing. The room was beautiful, they just renovated this property and wow they did a great job. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are luxurious. We had a great view of the port. Lastly breakfast was fresh and we ate in a lovely garden terrace on property. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful stay

We loved our stay in this charming small hotel. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with a modern touch that still fits perfectly with the charm of the Old Town. The view from the window overlooking the port was incredible. Waking up to that each day was a dream. The breakfast was tasty and nicely presented. Host was super helpful meeting us at Ploče gate and helped us with our luggage. Highly recommend!

Odličan objekt, za svaku preporuku.

Objekt je u centru Dubrovnika, unutar zidina, lijepo i ukusno uređen. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno. Parking je bio osiguran i ljubazna domaćica nas je autom dovezla od parkinga do ulaza u zidine. Osoblje ljubazno, doručak ukusan. Preporučam😊

Longe de tudo onde o melhor de Dubrovnik q é na Old Town… Preços exorbitantes dos restaurantes… sendo q vc não tem onde comer fora dali… Não gostei de poder entrar gente de fora e usufruir das piscinas e restaurantes, fazendo com que não sobrem cadeiras pra hóspedes q estão pagando alto… não é nada barato!!!
