Perfect location with an incredible sea view terrace. The welcome drinks were a lovely thought after the steps! :) be prepared for walking up many steps but wow, the view is worth it. Would book to stay here again as so close to the old town and beaches.
More frequent fresh towels during the stay but they were dropped off when requested.

The rooms are a short climb up the steps from the old city and 7 minutes from the beach. The veranda has stunning views over the sea and city. The host Gloria was extremely welcoming and kind, lending us beach towels and umbrella and also all manner of local knowledge.
It would have been even better with a microwave.

Upon arrival the host greeted us, checked us in and gave me and my partner a welcome drink, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and nice and the terrace and view were beautiful!!
Only thing to be aware of is lots of steps and uphill walking, but that's Dubrovnik as a whole. Plus worth it for the viewing and terrace
