Location, location, location. About 5 mins walk from the airport bus stop. Opposite the airport bus pickup. Opposite the cable car station. Great view from terrace over the Old Town Walls - a 5 mins walk to the Old Town. Two excellent bakeries next door. Great pizza resto less than 5 mins walk away and several other good restos. 10 min walk to a mini-mart Very comfortable bed. Mini fridge. Towels refreshed regularly. Room was spotless. Aircon was ready to use. We arrived earlier than expected and sent a message. We were met about 20 minutes later!

Room needs some hanging facilities. We'd clothes storage but nowhere to hang anything. Toilet / shower room very small. Won't suit taller people! There are a few very different rooms in the location. The room we were in was not represented in the Booking.com version of photos.

Super convenient location, next to the Buza Gate and Airport Shuttle service. The property has a lovely common terrace, great to lay down and enjoy the fantastic view. Plus the host was amazing. Overall nice experience.

Ι recently stayed at this property in Dubrovnik and the location was okay offering a beautiful view over the city just outside city walls

First of all it is really unpleasant to realize that in 2025 people are still renting small champers to tourists and I property that they also live themselves. That brings as result small privacy, not a feeling of a provided property but a co living area which was overpriced for the requested amount. Extremely bad value for money! The main issue was the state of the outdoor area. The terrace, which was advertised as a highlight, was full with random items, including children's toys and hanging laundry of the ownersliving there (sheets and towels) every day.Right outside our window there was a large inflatable pool filled with dirty water, which attracted a lot of mosquitoes, making it almost impossible to keep the window open at night , not that it helped much, as the window screen was broken and didn’t work anyway. The room itself was extremely small and simple. There were no facilities and they enter the room to live towels once but not to clean. In summer time this is necessary!The bathroom also small and all of the style was really old fashioned with no attention on decoration or cozyness. the entrance area was filled with outdated furniture and useless decorative items which were all over the place, giving an overall sense of neglect and disorder. Although the listing mentioned a terrace, it turned out to be shared with the owners, who were often sitting there , fact that meant no privacy. In summary, while the view and location were okay, the condition of the property and the lack of privacy or proper maintenance made our stay quite uncomfortable.
