The staff was incredibly friendly and flexible when we ran into a small snag with our baggage. The room was clean, and centrally located just off of the main shopping strip. Lots of restaurants within immediate walking distance.

Not often does a property exceed expectation--this one does. Simply an outstanding property, room/suite accommodations, and location. Situated in the absolute 'heart' of the historic sites - no need whatsoever for taxi/Uber/public transit, as every single attraction is within a very short walking distance. The mansions are everything advertised and more. Staff is wonderfully attentive and available. In our estimation, there is no finer hotel in the entire area. Highest recommendation - we'll definitely return.

The hotel is located right inside the old town and is just a short walk to the nearest exit at Pile Gate. Check-in is at another location but is close enough. The room is a bit small but is clean and well equipped with good quality amenities. Although breakfast was not included as an option, there is no shortage of restaurants nearby.
