nice size room - deluxe rm 2 Good air con lovely modern bathroom fabulous location, great cafe nearby nice big comfy bed all very clean and well presented nice view - although only 1 small window table and chairs

hard to find as broken old front door looked like it led to a derelict building top door on 4th floor that led into the corridor to access the rooms should have been locked and not left open fridge did not work safe out of order as it had been broken into from the rear !!!! very low head room on right hand side of bed due to low beams ... otherwise we loved it !!!

The host was so incredibly accomodating & the place was perfect for our time in Dubrovnik with easy access to everything!

Although it cooled down the room perfectly, the aircon was quite noisy.

The location was perfect. The staff was very thorough with instructions, answering any questions and setting up airport transfers and ferry transfers when needed. The place was very clean and perfect for 2. Again, the location was fantastic. Walk outside and you’re pretty much a short walk to everything. 10 min walk from Banje Beach. Just note, when arriving/ departing you need to walk from where cars drop you off as there are no cars allowed in Old Town and the apartments are on the 4th floor so you will need to carry your luggage.

The location of the property was good. It had easy access to all the gates and entry into the walled city. The rooms were clean and communication with the property manager via text was easy.

The shower leaked water our making the bathroom floor wet. There is no daily room cleaning as it is used like an Airbnb, however for the price, you only get a room. Extra towels were provided but upon request. Staying for a longer period of time can be uncomfortable and the apartment is located on the third floor.
