Lovely Oasis so close to the old city

Beautiful, we loved our stay here. You feel you are in your own little oasis away from all the crowds but at the same time so close to the old town. The breakfast was delicious. They have cute turtles in the courtyard. Staff were very helpful. Great transfer service to the airport. Pick up is so close rather than having to lug your suitcases to the taxi stand. Our room was just like the photos. Beautiful. We would love to come back.

Fabulous, comfortable B&B feeling hotel in a super location.

It’s so close to the gate to old town and yet it was quiet and secluded. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast was really good. The room was bigger than I expected with air conditioning, lots of hot water and a super friendly and helpful staff. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Bonus: many of the tours meet 500 ft from the hotel.

Amazing boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and convenient location

Location was perfect, right across the Pile gate. This boutique hotel was the perfect escape from the crowds and activity in old town. We loved the theme of the room and the concept of the hotel. The decor was really tasteful, breakfast spread was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Perfect Old Town stay

An oasis just outside old town walls. And when I say that, I mean you can see the walls and Croatian flag from the garden! From the moment you step off the hot city streets and close the door behind you, you're transported into a tranquil heaven that's a few degrees cooler. The garden is beautiful, lush and green (there's four residents turtles!) and you can order wine to relax and read in peace after a long day. The breakfasts were fresh and plentiful. The bread and pastries are right out of the oven for the time you arrange breakfast, and I especially liked the care they put into my husband's (coeliac) breakfast, making him bread and pastries from scratch too. On top of the giant platter pictured, you can order omelettes and scrambled eggs. The rooms are simply stunning. Exquisitely renovated while maintaining its old school charm, the bed is large and sheets super soft. Towels were changed daily and used toiletries replaced. Thick windows and shutters block the noise for a peaceful night's sleep. Very short walk to Beach Bar Dodo and Sulic Beach to cool down. Ivana on the front desk was so helpful and recommended the best restaurants 👌

The only annoying thing, as with every hotel these days, is the amount of light the switches emit. The temperature glows at night, as do the lights which tell you the lights are off. You need an eye mask. There's also nowhere to hang wet towels or bathers to dry aside from in the shower.

Lovely Villa

Staff were very nice. Lovely spacious room. Lots of TV channels which was a surprise too. Great breakfast and the gardens was a nice space for a quiet escape from the sun.

The old town isn’t flat… so expect lots of walking up and down with your suitcases when you arrive and depart. This location isn’t that bad on the balance. But accessible might be an issue for some…

Beautiful room in a charming villa with a perfect location to explore Dubrovnik Old Town.

The personal service and friendliness of the reception and staff were amazing. The location was unbeatable for being so close to the Old Town and not having to climb a whole bunch of stairs to come back. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The room was large and beautifully furnished. The outdoor terrace for breakfast and seating areas were relaxing and quiet despite its proximity to the crowds of people heading to the Old Town.

Incredible!

Everything was wonderful. The garden terrace was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning or an afternoon drink in the sun. The staff were incredible and helpful, and assisted us with every need including airport transfers and restaurant bookings. The rooms were wonderful and comfortable and the location was so convenient. I would happily stay there again.

This is the best property in Dubrovnik. It is literally a minute walk from the front gate of old town. Had an amazing view of the old town. Property was wonderful and peaceful.

Heritage Villa Nobile was fantastic, it was warm, cosy, beautifully done, Ivana was an incredible and welcoming manager who gave us lots of advice and nothing felt like too big of an ask. The breakfast was exceptional, everything we could have wanted and more, with amazing home made omelettes. We will definitely be back, it was heaven!

It's hard to imagine a better location for Dubrovnik's Old Town enthusiasts - the villa is just outside the city walls, next to the Pile Gate (the main entrance to the Old Town). The garden of the villa is very charming and breakfasts there had a very relaxing vibe - what a great way to start your days full of new experiences. The food served during the breakfasts was always fresh, varied and very tasty and can be adapted to a vegetarian diet. You can choose if you want it with scrambled eggs, an omelet or a yogurt bowl (which, by the way, is awesome, with a mix of fruits, nuts, honey and other good stuff you'll need to discover for yourself). The personnel was absolutely great - everyone was very welcoming, kind and super helpful, happy to provide recommendations regarding points of interest, restaurants, routes to take for scenic views etc. and patiently answering all questions. We stayed at the "Music" room - it was very spacious, clean, very aesthetic, with a big comfortable bed, capacious wardrobes and a nice, tastefully arranged large bathroom. This place is a very easy recommendation.
