The location just outside the gate is excellent! The room and bathroom are a good size. The bed is comfortable. Good air conditioning for the Dubrovnik heat and good water pressure. Steps away of public transportation to the port and other neighborhoods.

Unfortunately the room doesn’t have a microwave to heat food. It would be nice to add one. Only a mini fridge which works well.

The room is excellent. We can see the Walls of Dubrovnik from the room's window. Just two minutes to walk over.

Have to climb up the stairs to the main entrance, with large luggage will be an effort. And up another floor to the room.

Close bye to pile gate in Dubrovnik

Everything was good

Great location, just outside of old town Pile gate, you can walk into old town in few minutes. There are bus stop, taxi stop and tourist information office, grocery nearby. Lovely deco, feels like home, very comfy bed. Nice view of old town from the window.

(1) There are 20-30 stairs to go up to reach the entrance, I had a big suitcase, so it was a bit workout to go up and down, but this is common for staying near old town in Dubrovnik, not the property's fault. (2) You need to contact the property agent, then they let the host know that you arrived. I ended up waiting outside for a while (luckily no rain) and had to call the agent on mobile because they were bit slow to respond on Booking.com app. After check-in, you can directly contact host on WhatsApp which has no issues.
