Comfortable stay, close to the city walls and the main entrance of the old town

The room is beautiful, modern with very comfortable bed. It is a bit small but we had all we need and the little terrace outside made up for the space as you can sit outside and relax. The location is perfect. The bus from the airport dropped us 5 mins walk from the apartment and you don't need to climb far up yo get to it which is a catch in Dubrovnik.

Small, quiet room in ideal location

The location was absolutely perfect. It was a one-block walk to the Pile Gate and the main transportation hub, yet the unit was very quiet inside. The room was immaculately clean. It included a tea kettle, coffee pot, hair dryer, and body soap. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was great. The bed was comfortable.

The unit had no windows except for the panes in the door, and so it was very dark inside. This might be a personal preference of mine, but I like natural light. Also, the space was very tight, with minimal storage. If you do not want to spend a lot of time in your room, this could be ideal! Note: Typical of the area, you have to walk up some steep stone steps on the street to get to the unit. If carrying your luggage is difficult for you, this could be an issue.

Would not recommend if you want wifi

Location was perfect for us,

The wifi was almost not existing. Our contact blamed it on the telecom operator or overload on the network....bs of course. Not further action was taken to fix it. Their argument was that they had no complaints before or from our neighbours at that moment

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Dubrovnik in this high spec. studio.

We enjoyed the very close proximity to the old town. Just a couple of minutes walk to Pile Gate. The owner was so helpful upon our arrival when we had a complication due to mobile data access. Much appreciated!

Lovely place to stay! Highly recommend

Perfect place to stay. Location couldn’t be better for popping into the old town. Close to taxis and restaurants. AC was nice and cold. Felt very boutique. Just like the photos. Much better than traipsing into old town with luggage and crowds. Antea was very helpful and friendly and communicative!

A perfect couple's get away

Very close to the old city, just a few minutes walk, yet exceptionally quiet. Quiet comfortable sitting area right outside the room to enjoy our morning coffee. Antea and Miya were exceptional hosts, offering great suggestions for our outings and timely responses to any of our queries (towels, coffee, etc...).

Perfect location and a beautiful space!

This Boutique is just outside the walls of Dubrovnik, perfect quiet location! The rooms are beautiful and the terrace is a lovely space. A handful of steps and not difficult to get too or find.

Nicely renovated central small room

It is recently renovated so it is really nice and modern. Location is great, very central. It was clean and host was really friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

Only issue is that there is no natural vantilation so it gets damp and moist which makes it difficult to breath inside. We needed to keep door close due to mosquitos and oyher insects and turned on the AC. Still all cloths smelled really damp afterwards. I hope they fix it. If you are catastropic or sensitive to negative energies, probably you will feel very uncomfortable. For the rest all good.

Best place to stay in Dubrovnik 🇭🇷

Myself and my partner booked this room on the day about 2 hours before we arrived to Dubrovnik because our original accommodation cancelled on us. What a blessing that was! The property was clean, located perfectly in Dubrovnik (So close to the old town). Photos don’t really do it justice, beautiful room. Antea was very good at communicating and the check-in process was straightforward. The outdoor, private courtyard is tranquil and relaxing. Would definitely recommend if in Dubrovnik. We will definitely be returning!

The best room for a luxurious stay

Everything about this room was perfect. The facilities were top class. Theres a beautiful little porch area right outside the room so u can relax outside and watch the stars. The location is AMAZING. Literally 3 mins walk away from old town. Its right outside the gate!:) and there r restaursants and grocery stores just 2 mins walk away!! The host is SUPER NICE AND KIND:) she made sure my stay was perfect and even let me keep my luggage there a little longer:) a very lovely lady!:) thank u so much!

Absolutely perfect, beautiful property in a great location

I stayed at this accommodation in Dubrovnik and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful – they gave great local recommendations and were always available if I needed anything. The location was perfect – right in the heart of the old town, within easy walking distance of everything. The courtyard was exquisite, a relaxing area to relax with a coffee in the morning. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Bellissima struttura

La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alle attrazioni principali, ma tranquilla e silenziosa. La stanza è elegante e moderna, molto confortevole. Il letto comodissimo, la biancheria da letto e da bagno di ottima qualità. Bella la terrazza, molto comoda come spazio esterno. Antea è stata molto gentile ed efficiente, ci ha prenotato il taxi dall'aeroporto e fornito tutte le indicazioni per accedere facilmente alla struttura. Nel complesso è una struttura ottima.
