One of the most amazing places we have stayed in.

This is the gem of Dubrovnik. What a find. Location is more magic. 2 min walk down to the beach and water and less than 5 minutes to the Pile main gate of the old town. Nano and his brother Edi, looked after us and made room for us when we wanted to stay longer. Could not have done more for us. And the views from these rooms. Amazing!! They are small but very comfortable and perfect for a day or 2 here. And only 1-2 steps! Do not go past this accommodation… book it !

Simple but brilliantly located, with warm welcoming host.

The location and host were exceptional. Really can’t beat location - not sure if there is anything better located to be honest. Just a short distance to Pile gate which is the epicentre for transport and access to the old town. Would 100% book again for the location. Surprisingly quiet with well soundproofed window. Host Neno was beautifully kind and welcoming. Water was hot and good shower pressure.

While we loved our stay, and would book again, it is in an old building and is not fancy. We loved it because it felt authentic and local.

Amazing 🤩

Great location- easy to walk everywhere (5-10min) literally right beside the old town walls Had everything we needed for our short stay. Owners were great and gave us tips on where and what to see. They were also really kind and let us leave our bags there as we had a few hours before we caught the ferry to the next place. Plenty of options for food and two shops near by. I would definitely stay here again.

Great - everyone should have Dubrovnik on their bucket list of visits!

Perfect location just outside Pile gate to the old city. Nice view out my window and fresh breeze from the Adriatic. I highly recommend staying in this location over inside the city wall. Only a few stairs to get to room. Host Neno was great with lots of helpful advice.

Amazing location!

The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The location was amazing! Right at the bus stop when using the airport bus. Next to the old city gates and 100m away from the most amazing swimming beach.

Perfect stay! A microwave and basin for washing cups would be nice. With all the restaurants and street food nearby we were ok.

The owner Nino has a good sense of humour and a warm personality. The location of the apartment is EXCELLENT. Right at the gate of the old town and next to a beautiful little bay with a great bar, cafe, restaurant. We were very happy with it!

The door that leads to everything in Dubrovnik

We were meet at the Main Street of pile gate by our host. the location is supreme to all places as your have nice swimming spots and and the entrance of pile gate without being in the old town. we have already recommended two people to stay here

Very simple, essential accommodation, run-down bathroom, no handle and soap dish in shower stall, TV not working, no safery railing in front of the main street entrance, sea view obstructed by drying laundry hung in the opposite terrace, no space to put suitcases.

Passable but not clean

Bed was comfortable, quiet, air conditioning was good. Location just outside the city walls was great. Sheets and towels were clean.

Not clean. Floors hadn't been swept for some time so were very dusty. Bathroom wasn't particularly clean either - the shower area definitely wasn't - the shower itself wasn't great. I can forgive the place for being a bit old (and a small bathroom under the stairs), but not really for lack of cleaning, especially given the price. Sea view is stretching it a bit, but you could see the sea between someone's washing line. If the owner reads this, sorry.... You have a lot of potential but letting it down with finishing touches.

Superb

Perfect Location 100 metres from Old Town and still got ocean view and access to the sea. Nice aircon and a lot off TV stations. Three supermarkets just infont off the apartment

Good location, old facilities, not recommended for families

Nice location close to the main bus stop and the walls of the old town with lots of shops and restaurants. We had a lot of luggage and the owner helped with bringing to the property

Before booking I confirmed that we would need a baby cot and was told this was available. One day before our arrival the property messaged and said there was none. Room was very small, bed linen and towels provided were very old and the owner was a bit rude to our children who were excited to be on holiday and jumped on the bed

Estupenda ubicación, a tres minutos de la Old Town. La habitación básica pero limpia y cómoda. Colchones cómodos y aire acondicionado, Imprescindible en verano. Detalle de gel y champú, de agradecer. Nevera pequeña pero suficiente.

Por poner una pega, el baño muy pequeño y con el techo bajísimo.

L emplacement idéal à côté des bus. A 3 minutes de la vieille ville magnifique. Des restaurants à chaque coins de rue partout. 2 petite supérettes. Une 1 er petite crique mais dédiée au kanoe kayac et une deuxième a peine 5 minutes avec un petir bar de plage, (prévoir absolument des sandales de plages pour aller dans l eau car ce sont des rochers)ce studio du rdc a l entrée qui est au dessus des escaliers menant aux autres appartements donc ça fait du bruit mais le grand lit est hyper confortable, les oreillers top. (C rare dans les hotels)un frigo bien utile . Une climatisation fonctionnelle. Rapport qualité prix irréprochable, pour 2.
