Great location and the owner Edi is very helpful with restaurant and activities in the area. Would stay again!

This was a great property to stay at! Eddie was so helpful and showed us all of the good restaurants and spots to go to. He even let us keep our bags at the property until check in so we didn’t have to carry them around. The property is in a great location being a few minute walk to the Old Town and also the beach. The sea view room was beautiful with a view right out on the Adriatic. Overall great place to stay!

A great location that was close to everything without the struggle of getting luggage in and out of Old Town.

Eddie's Seaview Rooms was a great choice for our stay in Dubrovnik. Eddie was very helpful and informative and, because I had requested a lower floor if possible, upgraded us to a room with a small kitchen/ dining area on the 1st floor. It did mean we no longer had a seaview but that was a small price to pay for fewer stairs. The location was excellent - just 5 minutes walk to the Pile Gate and old town one way and a small beach the other way. We appreciated that it was on a flatter part of Dubrovnik, with not too many stairs in the property. We saved our 'stair legs' for sightseeing! It was also helpful to be able to leave our bags in the lobby area after we checked out at 10am. Wifi was good and the room was reasonably comfortable.
