Excellent location just outside the Pile Gate. Very quiet and cosy next to a great little restaurant overlooking the water, and old city wall. Lovrijenac Fort was right next to it and also a gorgeous local beach. The family that run it are incredibly helpful I thoroughly enjoyed my time there

Nothing to fault

For Dubrovnik being so busy, this property was perfect for being away from the height of the crowds and only being a 1-2 minute walks away from the old town. Lovely beach around the corner and all shopping, eating facilities very close also. To highlight, there were very minimal stairs to access with luggage in comparison to old town properties. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival, informing us of all things to do in and around the city. They also were helpful by WhatsApp us prior to our arrival.

Excellent location. Great hosts with good communication, recommendations and welcome. Thanks for the loan of a beach towel. Spotlessly clean.

A pole to pull down blinds would have been useful as I had to stand on chair. Other residents can be heard whilst using their bathroom possibly backs on? Plate and bowl might be worth considering as well as fridge and kettle which were useful.

- The hosts, Dino & Gasper, were very kind, welcoming, and friendly. - The beach was only a very short walk from the property, which was a big advantage for us, especially during the hot summer days. We could easily go for a swim and come back to the room afterwards. - The Old Town and the main attractions of Dubrovnik were also within walking distance, so we did not need any transportation during our stay. - Overall, the combination of location, cleanliness, comfort, and easy access to both the beach and the old town made our stay in Dubrovnik very enjoyable.
