Absolutely perfect in every way

Mr. Mishko is one of the most pleasant and treasured connections that we have for our traveling needs. Every year he gives us the same room we had before, which is very familiar to us and everything is in working order. This year we had my husband’s sister also visit and she had a lovely room as well. Sesame Inn is conveniently located literally next-door to the institute where my husband chairs a mathematical meeting every year. Everything couldn’t be more easy and convenient for us. The place has the feeling of home for us. Thank you Mr. Mishko!

Handy but Compact

Location great, and few minutes walk down to Pile Gate to Old City, but enough off the busy road not to be noisy. Checkout is 11.00 am, but luckily I was able to leave luggage there for a few hours with a spare set of keys to retrieve later before going to port. Owner also had an iron and ironing board I could borrow.

Booking.com csll it B&B, which it seems the owner can't change, as breakfast is not available on site. I'd have booked an apartment otherwise. Although only 3 star, rooms are compact with only a 3/4 bed, notice even double, and tiny ensuite. Had to turn sideways to get into shower (and I'm fairly slim) and in the shower my elbows kept turning the shower either hot or cold or off...There's not much of a sign outside (I walked past twice) so keep an eye ouf for the street number! .

Great location. Simple accommodation but with everything you need. Comfortable bed, good shower.

Signage to find it could be better, looks a bit disappointing from outside but don’t be put off, it’s fine.

Clearly loved and cultivated b&b

Decently comfy bed and spacious room for your visit. Perfect location that isn’t in the expensive center but a quick 5 minute walk to the gate. Host was lovely!

Be ready for a lukewarm/cold shower but in the summer it was welcome in the heat!

Very close to walls, lots of restaurants nearby, it was walking distance to everything. But quiet and private, looking out into the owner’s big beautiful garden at a lime tree!

The location is amazing, less than 5 minute walk to Pile gate, Sulic beach and dance beach. The hosts were very welcoming, we were lucky to meet Rico the golden Labrador who also lives in the building, and is also very friendly❤️.

Lovely stay thanks to lovely host. Perfect location!

Misko was a fantastic host that made sure that all of our needs were met. Our stay was fantastic and there really nothing that bugged us. The B&B has a great location, roughly 3-5min from the old city by foot and has two stunning beaches. One of them 1-2min by foot, the other 10min. The AC worked wonderfully which was great considering how hot Dubrovnik can get. The beds were firm but very comfortable, the room was very clean, we had coffee and a fridge.

Not much! The insulation between the rooms is a bit thin (sound wise) but it was never enough of a problem to bother us.

Kind host and nice patio, but it’s not a bed and breakfast and needs serious improvements

The owner was kind, and I liked the artwork and the small semi-private patio area.

The walls were very thin, so I could hear conversations, people coming in late, and noise from the shared bathroom, even though I had a private one. The bathroom had a persistent, unpleasant odor, and the toilet sometimes splashed water on the floor when flushed. The duvet didn’t close properly, so the bed never felt clean. The TV didn’t work, and overall it felt more like a cheap hostel than a bed and breakfast, especially for the price. Also, it’s a bit deceiving because it’s completely separate from the restaurant next door, which looks much nicer and gave me different expectations.

wifi was not working but owner fixed it the next day. shower was coming out of the lower part so could have a proper shower as i am tall. tv and box had no signal. l the air con had no remote. few things to fix

Good price, great location, value for money.

Location was great. The owner was friendly and showed me everything about how to enter, turn on the hallway lights, and the hot water heating. I liked that the room was on the ground floor. The price was excellent considering the expense of everything in Dubrovnik.

The room was small, but that was expected because I requested the single room. The bathroom was tight but okay. However, the shower was one of those circular space capsules, or maybe it is better described as a stand-up coffin. I am a big man, so I barely fit, and I don't believe that even a small person could bend over to wash their feet. Water pressure was great though.

Lovely historic character filled building. Garden facing room very quiet. Convenient location to Old Town and Sulica beach.

Extra bed for our child was not included in the original booking fee but this was not clear when I reserved the room. It should not be assumed a 4 year old child would sleep in the same bed as both parents. Also consider installing mosquito screens on the windows.

Great stay near the Old Town

Everything was good. The host was very flexible with check-in and respected privacy throughout the stay. Excellent location, walking distance (3 min top) from the Old Town. Parking is a problem, but then again, that seems to be an overall issue in Dubrovnik.

Great location, spacoius rooms close to walled city

Location was great, 5 minutes walk to walled city / bus stop, all attractions. Room is quite spacious, in an old building with high ceilings, windows open onto a garden which is quite nice, although close to main road it is in a residential street so quiet and peaceful. Much better compared to Old Town hotel options IMO, where you need to climb a lot of stairs. This is an old school guest house, that is what you get, relatively dated furnishings. Not very well signposted a bit difficult to find as noted by others.

This is not a Bed and Breakfast (B&B), so no breakfast option available, it is a misnomer, be aware.

Me quedé por dos noches y me hubiese gustado que me cambiarán las toallas. El check out era a las 11, pero a las 10 el dueño ya vino y abrió la puerta sin siquiera tocar para ver si había alguien o pedir permiso. Abajo había un restaurante y el ambiente era algo ruidoso

Perfekt beliggenhet, rent, pent og personlig :)

Hyggelig stort rom med fin utsikt til hagen. Kjøleskap og vannkoker til morgenkaffen noe vi satte pris på. Deilig rent sengetøy og håndklær. Vi visste på forhånd at badet vårt lå i gangen så det var ingen problem. Perfekt avstand til en liten bystrand og til Pile gate. Hyggelige restauranter rett i nærheten. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Det kunne godt ha vært skiltet litt bedre slik at det hadde vært enklere å finne frem. Vi bestilte transport fra flyplassen via hotellet noe som var veldig greit siden sjåføren visste akkurat hvor vi skulle.

La ubicación, a minutos de la ciudad amurallada, de la parada de buses si uno quiere desplazarse a otra ciudad como fue mi caso temprano en la mañana Lindo espacio, un preciado fondo que di uso en las noches y colgué ropa menor incluso La amabilidad del dueño que me dejó claro era una inivitads en su hogar de siempre, que estaban hace años pero a su vez es totalmente independiente, no lo vi más que el 1er día Tiene una mesa y silla, algo bueno para que no sea sólo una cama (además del fondito) Silencioso a pesar de la cercanía a todo Tiene una playa abajo ideal para bajar temprano y encontrar lugar, tiene también un view point desde la casa hacia arriba

El tamaño de la ducha, incómoda, eso que yo soy estatura media y peso menos que medio, igualmente me topaba con los artefactos y biombo Pocos enchufes y en lugares incómodos, bajos El café que es verdad que había, era de sobre, tal vez venía un poco mal acostumbrada desde Italia a las cafeteras de cápsulas pero tampoco en mi casa tomo instantáneo, y para 3 días sólo había 2 sobres (igual va en gustos lo de café pero creo por el precio de la habitación un café instantáneo en una jarra eléctrica de plástico no va)

Estaba todo muy limpio, localización excepcional, nos quedaba todo cerca. El host fue muy amable y atento en todo momento con nosotras, de verdad que recomiendo el alojamiento 100%.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero no fue ningún problema porque abríamos las ventanas y pasaba el aire de la calle y no se escuchaba ningún ruido de la calle.
