The room was great, the balcony has the best view of Dubrovnik, and the owner is very kind and sweet. If it were better priced and properly advertised it would be a wonderful stay. The owner really is lovely
It is very overpriced for what you get. The room was very small and the service is very limited anyways (no breakfast included, check out is earlier than in most places, no bag storage offered, no help locating the property even though its hard to find, etc). The listing said the room we booked had a private bathroom but it was shared. The property is not located in the direction that shows up in Google/Apple Maps, it's lower down the road, and you have to climb up a long and steep staircase to get to it. With luggage it's exhausting and annoying and this is not advertised anywhere to prepare guests for it. Its also on a main road with no close access so no public transport of even Ubers can leave you anywhere nearby. As for the price... we payed almost the same amount for a suite at a Sheraton in the capital of Croatia with breakfast, early check in, late checkout, bag storage, pool, sauna, gym, and lounge access all included. Overpriced is not enough to describe the gap between value and quality here.

The room was good and the bed was comfortable. It is located close enough to the Old Town, although Google Maps played a trick and made us walk a lot to get to a nearby point on our first morning there.
There was no one to ask questions about. I was not even asked to provide my documents. You need to climb up several steps to get to the room. The view is not nice. The person who communicated with me online before arrival put lots of pressure on the check-in time. Our flight got delayed and I was overly stressed to arrive late. I thought nobody would be there to host us, but fortunately a lady opened the door. There was no need to stress me so much.
