Brilliant

Communications with the guesthouse prior to the stay was excellent. It was clean and cool. The air conditioning was excellent because it was very hot during our stay. It was close to a small grocery shop, bakery and cafe, just 5 mins walk away.

It would have helped to have better instructions to access some of the channels on the TV.

Good location and pleasant space.

The place was as advertised. There was free parking, and it was close enough to old town that we could walk. It was also fairly quiet and had plenty of space, plus a refrigerator.

It was challenging to figure out how to get to the parking area. And, there are a LOT of stairs to go up and down to get to Old Town.

The location was very close to the centre with private parking on site. The host was charming and very helpful

Guests with cars need to be warned that there is a ZTL zone nearby to be avoided if they take the wrong road.

Property was in a quiet location,3 min walk to bakery and supermarket with a 10 minute walk to the old town.Bedroom was spotless and shower was amazing.The owner was such a lovely lady so friendly and helpful.You also have the bonus of using the terrace at the back of the house

Hilly Dubrovnik

A location not far from the old town down a walk way and the owner came to meet us from the taxi drop off.

It is not the fault of the owner, but to get to the property there are lots of steps. One way a few but very steep and the other way a long drag of steps separated by a flat section for a couple of meters. Just think of two things. Luggage and age.

Wonderful guesthouse

Great location, wonderful helpful owners, very comfortable bed with lovely heavy cotton sheets, big bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower and white fluffy towels, amazing huge terrace with beautiful views for relaxing.

Great location, host and room

A friendly welcome from our host. Well-provisioned and clean room. We had views of the old town. Really convenient location (lots of steps but expected in Dubrovnik). Parking is an added bonus, it was free during our stay and we paid €10 to leave our car for a additional hours after check-out.

Personally, we would prefer a duvet or blankets on the bed rather than just a sheet. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

A very good experience

Spacious room in a nice house with a great big communal terrace with a good view onto the old town. It's a short and pleasant walk to the old town and there are secure, outdoor parking spaces. The host was very friendly.

Visiting the beautiful city of Dubrovnik

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the owners who live on site try to help you on whatever you need , very kind people , and the view to the city are great .

The distance from the guess house to the wall of the city is around half mile (800 mts) , with a steep incline , so be ready to climb many stairs .

We loved this place. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and great attention to detail (wine opener and wine glasses in the room for example). Reasonable price for a place close to the center with on-site parking. We would stay here again. The views from our window overlooking Dubrovnik were spectacular.

I wouldn’t recommend this property if you are mobility challenged. It is a bit of an uphill hike to get from old town to this building.

This apartment was clean and convenient and close to Old Town.

This room greatly exceeded our expectations! The owner was super friendly, the parking was really convenient, and it was close enough to Old Town to walk there in a 5-10 mins. Highly recommended!

There are a lot of stairs along the pathways in the surrounding areas, so this may make the location difficult for some less mobile people. This is no fault of the owners, but it is worth noting.

Great place right next to the Old City

This place is perfectly positioned for exploring the Old City. Private parking lot. Easy access from the building to the pedestrian street that leads right to the Old City (takes about 10 minutes, there are stairs and the slope is not that steep). The host was very warm and nice, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Lovely stay in good location for Dubrovnik

Quiet, rustic, incredibly clean, parking facilities and friendly host. Tortoise was cute too!

Location could be difficult for some as it’s an uphill climb with lots of steps from the old town. Room and towels weren’t changed each day but to be fair we only stayed 2 nights. Would’ve been nice to have our bed made for when we returned but no big deal overall.

Amazing acomodation

The terrace with its views, cats (and the slow-motion turtle) is amazing, having something there in the evening is priceless! Next one is the location, so close to the old town! (5 mins walking) and finally the parking if you arrive with a car to the city (where you can drive crazy to park the car!)

Just to be mentioned, even though is something you can perfectly manage: it does not include an option with breakfast, however it's not the end of the world! you can always go to a supermarket located really close the house, prepare your favourite thing and have it on the terrace!

Superb

The room was wide and bright, and there is a little kitchen and fridge outside the bedroom very convenient. The location was excellent, just 10 minutes from the old town in a quiet place so you can enjoy the calm after the crowds. A small supermarket and a bakery were just 2 minutes away and the terrace with nice views is a plus.
