Dubrovnik accomodation

It is very nice and clean, new. The owner, Don was very attentive and great with communication promptly assisting with support and guidance. A common space provided tea and coffee as well as cups, cuttlery.

I was not very good with climbing the stairs to go up/down to the old city but there are local busses and uber/ taxis.

Not relevant for long stays due to the small studio space + kitchenette outside very limited. Being next to the highway makes it a bit noisy if you open the windows.

Hassle Free Experience

Very convenient location from airport and leaving - accessible for Uber/taxi. Property alley comes out to a main road but thankfully it was right across a pedestrian crossing and stairs going to Old Town (roughly 10 minutes walk down) which makes it easy to navigate. There's also a convenience store, bakery and restaurant once you go down the stairs which is so convenient! Room is quite tight but good enough for a couple. Bathroom is also really nice! They've got a kitchenette with essentials in case you need. Dom is also very accommodating from the moment I booked the room until we left. Thank you Dom!

A lovely clean room, comfy bed & excellent air conditioning.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Small fridge in the room which was ideal for cool water & medication. Hot water for drinks was in a shared area outside the door & this worked fine. Nice terrace, we sat out for breakfast on a morning. It was off a busy road but there was no traffic noise when the door was closed. The air conditioning was very effective. We would stay again & recommend.

Nothing we didn’t like. There are a lot of steps up to the property from the town as with a lot of properties here. We walked up with our bags but would advise getting an uber or the number 3 bus from Pile Gate.

A beautiful stay in fabulous surroundings , I would highly recommend this property.

The property was ideal, gorgeous terrace to watch the sunset and take in the views. It was within walking distance of the old town , overall very central to touring surrounding areas of Dubrovnik. We will definitely be back.

Good value for money and exceptional host.

The host was really helpful. I tried to organize a little surprise for my girlfriend and her mom (they were the main guests) and Dom did exactly what we agreed ( free of charge ).

Beautiful, modern place to stay in Dubrovnik

Very nice and clean room, with great facilities. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The check-in and check-out was smooth, and the host, Dom, was easy to communicate with. The location is also great, the stairs across the road lead right down to the main city centre. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent stay very modern and everything you need for a wonderful stay

Excellent accommodation very modern great having a fridge in the room and some kitchen facilities in the shared area. Bed and pillows so comfy had great nights sleep. Host supper friendly and happy and quick to answer any questions. 5*

I would love to return, Croatia is a fascinating county and the people v welcoming.

Perfect room for a short stay. The facilities were really good, I was happy that there were basic tea/coffee making facilities outside the room and the toaster/microwave. The location is brilliant to access both the old and new side of Dubrovnik. I would strongly recommend La Ca’ Di Mamma.

It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Dom (the host) a welcoming and smiling person.

The room was a bit small, difficult to fit two persons and two large luggage, but ok we found the solution. Quite a few steps to reach it from the old town.

Great stay for a couple looking for a central location just outside the Old City

The accommodation is centrally located, the host is really nice and goes to great lengths to explain anything you need to know about the city. I also liked how modern the hotel was, and the outdoor furniture, allowing us to sit outdoors on beautiful balmy nights.

The bed was comfortable, although the mattress topper wasn't thick enough so we didn't fall through the crack in the middle of the night. Also, I would have liked breakfast to be served, which is not in the summer months.

Superb

Very comfortable room with modern style. Is situated in a quiet location, walkable distance to the old town, accessible through quite a lot of stairs, however the city is very hilly and by the end of the vacation we were feeling more fit than when we started. 🙂 Excellent shower. The breakfast was really nice, we could eat in and start our day without having to look for a place. Our host Dom was very helpful and accommodating. I definitely would again.

Nice room with everything you need, plus a tv that has access to Netflix and Prime - Handy because we had a lot of rain!! Good location however there are a lot of steps to get to & from old town if youre walking, but it is close to a lot of things! The owner is very lovely and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed

This is such a comfortable space, away from the Old Town crowds. Dom is a gracious host, accommodating, responsive and making sure we had everything we needed. Close to the Sdr mountain trailhead. Breakfast supplied for a great start to the day.

Exceptional

Fantastic stay. Room is nicely furnished, spotless and with a big balcony. Location is 10 minutes walk from the Old Town (yes over a steep set of stairs but everything in Dubrovnik is steep :)). Domagoj was very attentive host. Highly recommended.
