Excellent Hostel

Amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik. Safe and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Perfect location. Close to bus station. Old town can be reached by bus or walking. Nice people around. Managed by wonderful host Deepak who is very helpful and always eager to help. Very enjoyable stay.

The property was located in a stunning spot with great access routes and stunning scenery. There are shops nearby and the property was quiet and not crowded.

The only improvement I could suggest is that the main entrance be more secure!

Great place close to bus terminal and port

The hostel is very accessible from the bus terminal and it is perfect if you need to catch a boat at the port or a bus in the morning. It's a good price-quality deal.

I would have appreciated if there was a kitchen, but since I was only staying for a night, it wasn't so big of a deal.

Convenient location, outstanding cleanliness, and reasonable price

The hostel is situated next to the port, just 200 m away. The staff are polite and attentive, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the quality of the space is excellent. The dormitory room has air conditioning, a large window, clean blankets and linen, and a very comfortable bed. The big lockers are suitable for storing large belongings. The bathroom is shared with another dormitory room but is very clean and conveniently located. Dubrovnik is truly the marvel of the Adriatic, and even in September the weather was perfect for swimming in the sea all day.

Fake photos, it’s old and dirty.

Photos are fake. Check if out on google maps and see the recent comments about the bedbugs with actual photos… I booked one night there but upon arriving decided to leave immediately.

A nigthmare

Please read all the reviews, this hostel does the same with all the other ones. First, I waited an hour for someone to come check me in. The facilities are very dirty, and the cleaning process isn't adequate for the high volume of people. They assigned me a locker for my belongings, which was broken, and I had to put my things in my sister's locker. (If she wasn't there, I didn't know where to put them.) This room isn't worth what they charged us. When I made the complaint, the owner came to the room without knocking, while there were people sleeping and girls getting dressed. Without a doubt, he was not open to dialogue and began to insult my nationality. A horrible experience.

Not that bad.

The hostel only consists of one floor and there are shared bathrooms and toilets. Although the staff cleans, other guests use the common areas dirty. For example, I don’t understand why men use the woman’s toilet. There was no privacy unfortunately.

very rude host. I actually didn't get my bed even though I paid for it online. it was overbooked. no staff there at all! you need to call a number from there and you get some rude person disrespecting you and giving you few seconds of his time. not apologising that you didn't get your bad. Nightmare!!

Room to improve, but otherwise gets the job done.

Terrace- ate my dinner and breakfast there and was able to watch the street life pass by below me. Ample storage space in the locker Lots of room in the shower to undress and place items. Clean. Outlets near my bed + bed light

Pictures on booking.com are similar to Hostel EuroAdria, but not quite. A slight Catfish On booking.com, I paid 2.75 in VAT + city tax for this booking. On arrival, I was asked to pay 2.70 in a tourist tax- cash only. Not sure if I got charged twice or if this is two separate fees. However, booking.com has always expressed that I would be paying an additional fee at the property if indicated. My receipt did not say this. 24hr reception help was listed. This was not accurate.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja huoneet olivat siistit sekä modernit. Hostellihuoneestani avautui erillinen kattoterassi/parveke, jonne käynti tapahtui ikkunan kautta. Se oli hieno. Lisäksi tavaroiden säilytyslokerot olivat suuret!

Suihku- ja pesutilat olivat pienet majoittujien määrään nähden. Keittiössä ruuanvalmistukseen käytettävät välineet olivat vähän puutteelliset.

Nous avons pris et payé une chambre pour 4 et nous nous sommes retrouvé à 6. De plus pour un retour 1 semaine après , on nous a demander de mettre une note positive sur BOOKING et GOOGLE. Très déçu de la personne qui gérait le site.

Hay un hostel en la old town, que es hermoso!

La habitacion estaba limpia

El trato del personal, un desastre!!! Comente al dueño que un huesped le saco fotos a mi hermana cuando estabamos en la habitacion, y se lavo las manos. Sugerimos que haga una habitacion solo ladys por el problemita que sufren alguno hombres. Y ha respondido que no se sentia culpable por nada y que deberiamos haber avisado al staff, cuando el chico estaba durmiendo en la recepcion En la recepcion, junto a la sala de estar, hay una pequeñisima nevera, un microondas y un estante con dos platos que llaman cocina compartida. Este espacio medira 3metros cuadrados. El baño, sucioooooo Todo cash! Tanto impuesto como alquiler de toallas Nos quisieron retener el pasaporte por no tener los 8€ del impuesto, no se lo dejamos obviamente.

Het personeel nam de gasten niet serieus. Je boekt een kamer voor 4 personen, terwijl er 5 personen lagen. De host loopt zonder aan te kondigen door de kamers, zelfs in de nacht. Bedden maken zeer veel lawaai, slapen is dus lastig.

スタッフがおらずチェックインで小一時間待たされた。4人部屋を予約したのになぜか部屋の真ん中に置かれた剥き出しの5つ目のベッドを指定され他は満員だと言われた。そもそも予約時の写真や情報と異なる。下がバーでうるさい。自分は大丈夫だったがダニがいるということで夜中に別の客と騒ぎになっていた。

Tolles Hostel – sehr zu empfehlen! Das EuroAdria Hostel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Super Lage am Hafen, saubere und moderne Zimmer, und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und entspannt – perfekt zum Wohlfühlen. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Un hostal nuevo y agradable pero sin algunas cosas esenciales

El hostal tiene una buena ubicación, no esta cerca del Old Town pero esta en un sector también interesante como es Gruž donde se pueden encontrar algunos bares y restaurantes muy buenos también, además, si alguien debe tomar el servicio de bus temprano (mi caso personal) es una buena opción, la terminal de buses esta muy cerca

No tiene cocina, solo tiene una pequeña estufa que no es suficiente para la cantidad de personas que se hospedan por día. Quiero exponer mi caso por este medio, dos días antes de dejar el hostal deje un libro en el área común (es muy pequeña) dentro del cual tenia algo de dinero, cuando volví a los 15 minutos alguien lo había robado. Al día siguiente cuando pregunte al chico de recepción me dio la terrible noticia de que la cámara no funcionaba, cabe destacar que el me ayudo por todos los medios a encontrarlo

Attention, les informations ne sont pas complètes. Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site !! J'ai du attendre presque une heure devant la porte d'entrée, personne ne pouvait me renseigner! J'ai reçu un message avec un numéro de lit, mais le lit était occupé. J'ai donc du prendre un autre casier et un autre lit. Il n'y a pas de serviette de bain fournie, le tapis de douche est trempé et la douche bouchée ! On m'a réclamé une taxe en cash mais ils ne peuvent même pas rendre la monnaie sur 5€ ! Je n'ai pas réservé une deuxième nuit, j'ai préféré retourner à mon ancien hostel !

Horrible

Мое пребывание в этом хостеле оказалось настоящим ужасом!!! Администратор продемонстрировал полное пренебрежение и неуважение к своим гостям. Меня выселили вечером на улицу просто за то, что я прибыла в хостел в указанное время, прождала администратора больше трёх часов, сказала ему, что он невнимательно относится к гостям, а он ответил что ему не нужны клиенты на одну ночь, которые возмущаются что ждут долго. Кроме этого, пока я ждала администратора, увидела что чистота в хостеле ужасная. Номера и гостевая комната, она же кухня, она же рецепция грязные, даже клопы прыгают по кровати. Это не только нарушает элементарные гигиенические нормы, но и представляет серьезную опасность для здоровья гостей. Деньги за бронирование мне вернули только после жалоб в тех. поддержку Booking. Рекомендую избегать этот хостел чтоб не столкнуться с подобными проблемами!!! Клопы!!! Не бронируйте!!!
