A real gem located in a quiet neigbourhood 10 minutes from the Old Town

Amazing location so close to the city but in a quiet neighborhood Elly was incredibly helpful to us throughout our stay The apartment was comfortable, roomy with a great view. Was a wonderful place to hang out when we weren't touring the city

10 out of 10!! My staying at this apartment was very enjoyable! I liked everything- the location, how the apartment was carefully equipped, the view (I could see the sea from the terrace 😍) and, of course, Elly 🙂. I felt very welcomed there, highly recommend!

Friendly hosts, small distance from old town

We liked how quiet the neighborhood is and the small distance from the old town. Also the owner provided us with a parking space for 8€/day just in the garden of the villa. Clean room, satisfying bed and equipped kitchen. We had the opportunity also to do our laundry as the room has a washing machine.

Maybe the use of the parking was not necessary during April (after Easter) as there were some free places outside the building that would be free. We stayed for two days only, and it was raining, so the room was a bit humid or cold because we had only one a/c to warm the place.

Fantastic stay with fabulous hosts

We had s fantastic stay in the sea view apartment. Views are incredible from the terrace and the location was excellent, short walk to the old town, close to the port for any trips to the islands and a lovely 2 mile walk to the Lapad area and some beautiful walks around Babin Kuk. Elly is a fantastic host, so welcoming. We stayed over Easter and she brought us some traditional treats which was so kind and she sorted out our transfers to and from the airport and gave us lots of great information and tips. Can’t recommend highly enough. We’ll be back!

Very nice villa close to beaches and the old town

Cozy villa in the broader city center of Dubrovnik, strategically located between the beautiful Bellevue beach and the great old town, both reachable in few minutes walk. The room was spotless, very comfortable, well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the beautiful views from the terrace add to the high value of the place. Overall, a great experience!

Perfect Spot - Wonderful hosts !

Nice location, with incredibly helpful and welcoming hosts in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The A/C works well and the balcony was a beautiful spot with a very nice view to have your morning coffee or a drink in the evening. It is a short walk to some shops, and a quick walk to get to the old town. We spent 5 nights and had a wonderful stay!

AWESOME!!!

Elly was the perfect host. She got me oriented when I arrived, answered all my questions, and was incredibly nice. When I reported a maintenance problem, she had a repairman come by and fix it within an hour--AMAZING!!! Finally, she even gave me a ride to the harbor for my cruise away from Dubrovnik. I definitely would stay here again!!!

We definitely recommend visiting Dubrovnik and staying at Villa Elly.

Andrija and Elly were very friendly and helpful. The Airport Pickup they organised for us worked out perfectly and also he who picked us up, was very friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt comfortable. We also liked the city very much. We'll surely return. We had read that walking to old town is a 10 minute walk, which is true if you take the beautiful path with many steps, but if you are (like we were) with a baby stroller and don't want to carry it up and down the steps, the walk without steps is much longer then 10 minutes. As we like to walk we didn't mind, but it's good to know.

Klimatisiert (Jedes Zimmer eigene Klimaanlage) sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, Tk und Kühlschrank, Wasser ab dem Hahnen trinkbar, Balkon und separater „Sitzplatz“, Duschmittel und Tücher, Bücher in diversen Sprachen zum Lesen, ein Zimmer hat separater Eingang bei bedarf, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Locația este foarte ușor de găsit, am lăsat mașina în curte. Apartament suficient de mare, luminos, 2 dormitoare și 2 băi, dotat cu tot ceea ce este necesar: plită, expresor de cafea (cu cafea din partea gazdei ), fierbător, prăjitor de pâine, 2 mașini de spălat-. Terasa este mare, cu masă și scaune pentru a savura seara un vin în liniște, sau dimineața o cafea în timp ce privești marea. Este la aproximativ 10 min de intrarea principală Pile. Gazda foarte amabilă, o prezență extrem de plăcută, ne-a oferit de fiecare dată informații.

Top Apartment und Lage

Das Apartment und die Besitzer sind super, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist 10 min vom Old Town. Man kann auch mit dem 4&6 Bus zum Apartment fahren, aber ein Stuck muss man immer laufen. Dubrovnik ist die Stadt der Treppen.

Es war alles super, ausser der Wasserdruck bei der Dusche könnte ein bisschen besser sein.
