Decent room, value for money. It was perfect for us as we are vegans. The breakfast is a must have! Really good staff and owner.

Everything was great!

Staff were welcoming! The view of the sea was amazing and worth the climb with suitcases to room #9. Food and coffee were delicious. I especially enjoyed the homemade granola mix.

The staff is very kind and helpful, the room is spacious and it gives a cozy feeling. Also, the food downstairs is delicious.

I knew it was very close to a main road so I expected it to be noisy, but the most annoying thing is there's a manhole cover right outside this apartment so when the wheels of the vehicle roll over it, it made a loud metal collision sound. You know there's front wheel and rear wheel so you have this "boom-boom, boom-boom" pattern noise. To be fair it's not the apartment's false, but it might bother you if you sleep light. I mentioned room is spacious but the toilet is a bit small, the water tap is hard to adjust to a normal flow instead of a powerful water splash. And the room is a bit dark, i wish there's more light in the room. Wifi is not very stable.

We loved the room, it had an airy, spacious feeling. There was a huge outside deck area off the room which appeared to be for our room only. It looked over the downstairs, outdoors part of the restaurant which was pleasant. The bed was super comfy and there wasn't any noise. Very conveniently located to the ferry and bus station. Walking distance to anything you might need and no uphills to get to the room! Would stay there again.

Really nothing! It would have been nice to have an umbrella or some cover on the deck as it was blistering hot. Not sure what the rooms facing the street are like. They probably have a nice view over the water/boats but might be noisy from the street?

The location was superb: close to the ferry port and bus Stn. On route for the 1A, 1B buses direct to old town. The restaurant below was super too - great food, very reasonably priced, friendly staff. Live music - singer with guitar - on Sat night til 10pm. Very comfortable bed. Well sound proofed against road below. The accommodation manager was there to meet me at the time of my evening arrival and helped me with my luggage up to the upper floor to Room 10 which was much appreciated and he facilitated storage on my departure day that meant I could make the most of my final morning too. The key arrangements were good too.

The slanted roof in the corner of my allocated room made head room challenging. I hadn’t looked through all of the booking.com photos to see that this might be the case in the more expensive sea view rooms - and so I felt relieved that there was only me (being cynical I’d say solos will always be allocated these limited headroom rooms to keep the better ones available on the booking sites and or for couples). I still managed to crack my head on a beam whilst unpacking my suitcase. The shower surprisingly was only a hand held / shoulder height shower head in a flimsy plastic holder mechanism - for the price I would have expected an overhead rainfall shower head or a better more robust shower assemble. Every time you turned the water off the head would fall out of the holder and onto the floor due to the change/drop in pressure. It won’t be long before it’s broken. Also you had to have a delicate touch with the holder when switching the water on otherwise you could find it suddenly spraying the ceiling or at least facing the wrong direction. The hairdryer was also taped up so I’m guessing that had been broken apart and bodged back together. One socket was behind the bed, a splitter was lying on the floor & it was all fairly inaccessible but I had to manage to fiddle it into use - as the bedside light had been unplugged until I got it plugged back in. Finally I couldn’t open one of the outside shutters at all so the advertised ‘sea view’ was a little impeded (half a view!). On balance given the cost of everything else touristy in Dubrovnik I’m guessing this was ok value but I was surprised at these negatives having paid £150 for 2 nights board only; it was the most expensive of all my stays (10 nights across 7 locations) in Croatia by at least £15 per night more but all bar 1 other room (much much cheaper and in a rural village location in a private home near a National Park) I had booked surpassed this one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . Rooms were tidy and clean. The food at the restaurant below and also very nice.

The size of the room was too small and the wooden roof at the side wasn’t really comfortable. The wifi was not working properly . Also, the noise from the construction site right close to our room although it has nothing to do with the property but that made us really uncomfortable.

Excellent Location, 10 mins easy walk from main bus station {flix bus /airport transfer coach ) and 5 mins to town bus station for bus service to the old town. The old town is approx a 30 min walk from the property with lovely views of the coast after about 15 mins walking. There was also a lovely costal walk around the marina opposite the property with lovely views and cafes/ bars along the way. Dubrovnik, along with all the areas I stayed in Croatia, felt safe including the 30 min walk back from the old town after dark. The room was clean and tidy and there was a comfy communal area just outside the room. The owner was helpful and met us on arrival. We would stay in this apartment again when we return to the area.

There were more positives than negatives with the room.

I enjoyed the location in Gruz, highly recommend to be able to enjoy the more local life in Dubrovnik, rather than the Old City.

You unfortunately can hear a lot between units/floors, sound transfers a lot.

Great place to stay in an excellent location. Would recommend both the room and restaurant. Will be back to visit again.

Dubrovnik est vraiment devenue trop touristique, le prix est très élevé pour la qualité de la chambre (15m2) même s’il y a un balcon et une belle vue. Beaucoup de bruit, rue très passante et mauvaise insonorisation La chambre avait des petits problèmes: pas de crochet pour tenir la douche, fuite du frigo, poignées de portes ne tenant pas

La vista y la ubicación es muy linda. Aunque queda a 2 kms de la muralla, es fácil moverse hacia la zona turística. Tienen un restaurante en el hotel con comida muy rica.

Algunas duchas de nuestra reserva no tenían puerta, el check in y check out fue un poco desorganizado y tuvimos confusiones a la hora del check out con las habitaciones.

Die Lage ist gut. Mit dem Bus kommt man sehr gut in die Altstadt. Das vegane Restaurant unter der Unterkunft ist der Hammer. Mega gutes Essen!

Es hat leider öfters ungut gerochen. (Abfluss?) Die Heizung funktionierte leider nicht - welche wir für eine Nacht gebraucht hätten. Zimmer liegt Richtung Hauptstraße daher sehr laut.

Super Lage direkt am Hafen. Moderne, saubere Zimmer. Das Veggi-Vegan-Restaurant superfein, der Service sehr freundlich!

La chambre était bien et fonctionnelle. Matelas confortable, climatisation et salle de bain fonctionnelle. L’emplacement était très joli.

Aucune isolation des murs avec les autres chambres et le couloir. Une meilleure insonorisation aurait permis un séjour plus agréable. Nous entendions tout ce qu’il se passait dans les chambres à côté et couloir.

La modernidad de sus instalaciones , comodidad de sus camas , baño y zonas comunes agradables . En la habitación había infusiones hervidor , nevera y vasos .

Éramos un grupo y alguna puerta y ventana no cerraba bien en algunas de las habitaciones . Había polvo/ pelusas detrás de las camas .

Ho soggiornato nella stanza 8, al secondo piano (a piedi, ma le scale sono comode). Sia la finestra della camera che quella del bagno hanno l'affaccio sul porto nuovo, bel panorama. Prima dell'arrivo, lo staff mi ha contattato via WhatsApp inviandomi indirizzo, indicazioni e anche delle foto per localizzare meglio l'ingresso. Sono stati sempre solerti nel rispondere a eventuali domande. Il loro ristorante, proprio sotto l'alloggio, offre un'ottima, abbondante e salutare colazione a buffet per 13 euro. Quando ho lasciato la stanza, sono stati gentili e mi hanno fatto lasciare il bagaglio al ristorante, così che potessi andare in giro liberamente. Ci sono due fermate dell'autobus vicine, con diverse linee che portano alla città vecchia in 10 minuti. Anche il terminal dello shuttle per l'aeroporto è molto vicino. La consiglio! L'unico piccolo problema è stato l'asciuga capelli che non funzionava, ma non lo metto nei contro perché lo staff si è offerto immediatamente di sostituirlo, dimostrandosi molto dispiaciuto.

Fica muito próximo do terminal ferry e rodoviário (10 min a pé), vários supermercados e restaurantes próximos. Para ir para a cidade velha basta apanhar bus (ter um local de venda de bilhetes próximo), também podem ir para as praias da zona de Uvala ou Copacabana beach de autocarro. O restaurante do alojamento é muito bom, com varias opções e o pessoal muito simpático e prestável.

Die Räume waren groß und gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei. Personal war super hilfsbereit. Liegt direkt am Yachthafen, etwas außerhalb vom Altstadttrubel.

Las vistas de los cuartos que dan a la Marina, la cercanía con el puerto pues dejamos Dubrovnik por medio de Catamarán. Las instalaciones están en buen estado y es relativamente fácil el check in y el check out. La cercanía con parada de bus al casco antiguo, aunque el sistema de bus es muy deficiente, tarda mucho en llegar y aveces venía lleno así que no podíamos subir, recomiendo mejor taxi.

Es un lugar con mucho potencial pero a mi juicio faltan los pequeños detalles básicos, dejan solo gel para el cuerpo y ni shampoo, ni botellitas de agua, no hay café o té para hacer en el cuarto, el colchón no es cómodo, fuimos 5 por lo que renté tres cuartos, todos con vistas hermosas, uno de los baños no cerraba bien la puerta y se mojaba afuera, el de arriba es bonito pero algo estresado para dos personas por los espacios del techo inclinado (ese lo usé yo sólo y así si estaba bien). En general está muy bien pero con pocos detalles mejoraría bastante. El restaurante que está abajo opera aparte por lo que aunque amables quienes están ahí no estaban tan informados de los cuartos en algunas dudas. El restaurante recomendable.

La localisation

Chambre sombre donnant sur le jardin du restaurant, pas représentative des photos présentes sur BOOKING. Bruyant tôt le matin -dès 7h! (employés préparant le restaurant) et rue bruyante également. Equipements de la chambre de moyenne qualité sauf le lit qui lui était très confortable. Le service était efficace mais minimal.
