Nice house and view.
Easy access to old city by buss.
A lot of stairs to access.
Nobody seen from hotel during our 3 days stay.

Very nice and spacious rooms with great views over the harbour. Very comfortable beds. Size of the bathroom varies per room but all the showers were excellent. A few restaurants nearby with very kind staff. Their breakfast selection was quite limited but there are two bakeries in the vicinity.
Parking was nearby (parking Gruž, €30 per day or Grand parking Dubrovnik, €25 per day).
Host were very quick in replying on Whatsapp which was very nice.
To get to the apartments you have to walk a few stairs. There is the one stairs in the house but there are also quite a few steps to get to the house. We did not know this. One of the people in our party has trouble walking multiple stairs in a row so it was a bit of struggle to get there and back.
We were not bothered by it but there is a school next door so if you don't like the sound of children playing, this is not a place for you.

Good location. Nice quality room. Nice views toward harbor. Breakfast was very good.
Difficult to find, instructions somewhat unclear. WiFi difficult to access.
