Location was excellent for travel needs but gaining access was not easy.

Very clean and comfortable: well located for transport (bus and ferry), supermarket shopping and restaurants.

Difficult to locate the entrance for access at night. Having to negotiate entry via a narrow lane with steps and then internal stairs to the apartment was not ideal for octogenarians with luggage. The apartment did not have space for 2 suitcases. We were able to fit one in the robe and one on the “kitchen” cupboard after moving tea/coffee making facilities to the window sill.

Easy access to room, very clean and comfortable. Very sweet hostess.

The property was close to the ferries and cruise ship Seth an easy, short bus ride to old town. We even walked into Old Town one day,took 20 minutes on flat easy walkways. Our hostess was very sweet and stored our bags until the room was ready. A very kind, interesting lady who gave us a nice cup of coffee in the garden to start our day.

Rooms Edna is ideal for those who do not want, or cannot afford, to stay in the main town.

Breakfast was not included but we received coffee made specially for us and brought our market purchases into the garden to eat. I speak the language so there were no problems!

Great for a 1-2 night stay, close to the bus station and port. Modern room and friendly host.

Staff were polite and accommodating of our later checkin and early checkout. The location is very close to Dubrovnik port and bus station, which made it easy to use as a base for travel. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The bathroom facilities were modern.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear other rooms very clearly. The room is quite small, so perfect for a 1-2 night stay, but might be too small for any longer duration.

Convenient, clean property at Port Gruz

Very convenient position if you are coming off a cruise or ferry and flying out the next day. The room was basic but very clean and good value for the money. The lady managing the rooms is lovely and helpful. She even coped with our accidental red wine spillage!

Can be a little difficult getting into the property up the laneway with heavy luggage.

Great location and functional!

We stayed our last night in Dubrovnik after returning from the islands.The location is great. Next to the ferry and many bus routes. It was the perfect place for what we needed. The host was very sweet. She even messaged me when the room was ready to see if we wanted to check-in early. She also allowed us to leave our luggage in the house until the afternoon. This is a basic bit functional and comfortable place.

The luggage storage is a room in the house that's open and visible to other guests. Not secured. Since we didn't have anything valuable, we were ok, but it made me a little uncomfortable. I'm just sharing so people can plan accordingly.

If you need to use the bus station, this is a great place.

The hostess was very friendly and gave us a good overview of the room at check-in. Everything was quite clean and the beds had massive pillows and were comfortable to sleep on. There would've been fresh coffee in the morning, but we were in a rush to get to the our bus, so didn't have time to test it. The place is a short walk away from the bus station, but quite a distance from the Old City.

Our shower door was a bit broken and got stuck for both of us, we were afraid to break it further apart, but we left it still intact.

Great value for money - we loved our stay at Rooms Edna!

Great communication prior to our arrival with detailed instructions on how to find Rooms Edna. We were greeted by Senada(I hope I spelt her name correctly), and she was lovely and very helpful and made us feel welcomed. The room was just what we needed, very clean and felt like home and great value for money. It's in a great location to the port and close to Old Town. We would definitely stay at Rooms Edna the next time we visit Dubrovnik❤️

Clean room and nice host

The host was lovely, the room clean and we were able to leave our luggage for the morning

The room had a large cupboard and bed which took up most of the space so it was difficult to get around the bed and you also couldn’t fully open the cupboard door to have your luggage out of the way but still accessible. It was fine for one night

Good value

Location was good, near harbor so i could get to the ferry easily. Also getting to the bus for Old Town was simple. The owner was quite helpful in providing information for the buses.

Unfortunately in the room I was in, you can hear everything happening in the room above, which belong to the host. So I guess it all depends if noise bothers you. Small room but OK for 1 person

Friendly host and great room near the port and bus station

We only stayed for one night as we had a bus to catch but it was perfect. The room was modern and clean and our host Edna was very friendly, and even made us coffee before we left early in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent

Good location close to the main bus station and port. We were travelling with a buggy and the place is accessible with a few stairs only. The room is small but offers everything you need. 2 comfortable single beds (not too soft). Very friendly, helpful and welcoming host. It's also possible to use the terrace of the owner. The place is about 2 km from the old city and it's at least with a buggy not a recommendable walk - better take the bus.

Host was wonderful, so helpful. Location is ideal for the ferry port and bus station. Bus into the old town is every 10 minutes and only 1.73 euros and takes 5 minutes.

Excellent

I loved our stay at Rooms Edna. The room was clean and comfortable and easy to find via Google maps. The owner was so nice and welcoming so it felt like home away from home. She made me coffee on the patio while my daughter slept in and let us store our luggage for the day before our ferry to Hvar. The location is perfect. A short bus or Uber drive away from old town, close to ferries and buses. Nice to get away from the crowds in old town. I would definitely stay there again next time in Dubrovnik.

Nice apartment in a great location near the port and bus station. There is a bus stop outside which brings you to the old town within a few minutes. The owner and her mother were lovely people.

Wonderful host, convenient location, and a great value

Our host was so warm and inviting. The room was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave, but would recommend Rooms Edna to other travelers visiting Dubrovnik. The location was perfect for us since it was right where we stepped off the ferry from Split, and it was a nice walk to Old Town leaving our luggage behind.

comfy and homey.

Hard to find as it was obscured by roadworks and barriers. The host Mireya was very accommodating as my bus had broken down and I arrived much later. Bed was comfy and very quite as aside from location away from traffic I was the only guest due to time of year. It was close proximity to bus station and an easy bus ride to old town. Some small problems were quickly addressed by the host. The host was passing as I was going to bus station and even gave me a lift.

Difficult to find somewhere to eat as cafes still only selling drinks however a good supermarket nearby made up for it. The photo below shows why it is difficult to locate.

Superb

I really appreciated the location for its proximity to the bus station and to the street. (There were less than a dozen steps up to the property--which is very unusual for this city!) The staff was great--I was warmly greeted upon arrival, oriented to the city, etc. The room was quite comfortable.

My only regret is that due to the timing of the stay, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the garden area. (Obviously, this is no fault of theirs.)
