Convenient for ferries and friendly

Location. Maria was very friendly and helpful

People should know this isn’t a hotel, it’s a guesthouse. There’s no breakfast (though Maria did make us a lovely coffee in the morning). It’s not really suitable for long stays but to overnight within a short walk of the ferry terminal it’s perfect

The best choice according to view and budget in Dubrovnik☀️

The view was amazing, we enjoyed it every evening Very nice housekeeper, she acted like we would be her guests, offered some snacks from her kitchen☺️ Bus stop near accomodation or you can get to the centre by walk in 30 minutes

For me there was quite cold in the room, house was older and it held moisture I would appreciate classic feather-bed, tough blanket from closet should be smell nicer😇

Very good

A great room for an overnight stay before catching a bus or ferry. 750m from the bus station. The area is very noisy on the main road but this accommodation is really quiet. At the bottom of the stairs is an excellent restaurant and bakery. Very comfortable bed and a good shower. Hint: if you are walking from the bus station go up the high road. It's much easier with bags than tackling the stairs.

Lovely room and lovely owner

spotlessly clean, comfortable with a lovely view over the bay. Good shower and facilities & comfy, large bed. Offered coffee and wine by the friendly owner. Good location for the bus station and port. Lots of nice eateries nearby and walks.

Great location with a great view.

We were greeted with coffee and cookies ! Our room was just a walk up the hill from the ferry terminal or a 10-15 min walk from the main bus stop. The room is spacious with a soft (probably ) king-sized bed. The walk into Old Town was a lovely 30 minute walk. There's a nearby grocery store and we enjoyed going up the hill and to the right to IGRA Street Food Dubrovnik for breakfast and lunch made by friendly Andi.

Host and his family were great. Very helpful, superb communication, cannot imagine better place to stay. Place was clean, had everything needed, a lot of space and quite close to most attractions. Great value for money.

The room is located near the modern port of Dubrovnik, there is a convenient bus to the old town and the area is more quiet and cheaper than the historic center. The host is very nice and offered us coffee and fruits. The room is comfortable and relatively cool despite not having air-conditioning.

There is no parking lot and the nearest public parking is not far but very expensive.

the location was good

the owner was very rude the last day . we said we were leaving near 10 hs because we need to arrange our things and she was asking every time, which time we were leaving. It was like 10.15 and we were not ready.The woman said you have to go and she was very rude. she opened the door and said leave! what happened? well she was waiting for another guest at 10hs .. that asked for an early check in… bad experience, we know how to behave, you don’t need to be that rude with tourists!!

Perfect room

The hostess is the nicest person we’ve met in Croatia, she offered us juice, coffee and biscuits. Even if her English is not this good we can easily understand each other. She let us use her kitchen and even have us olive oil, vinegar, salt etc

The property was very clean. Our hostess Maria was so kind and welcoming. She welcomed us with juice, then made us some coffee every morning. The room is really comfortable. And You can enjoy the drinks under the grapevines with a beautiful view in the garden. I definitely recommend to stay here. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is 35 minutes by walk. Otherwise, there are buses.

A second home in Croatia

The host was so charming and kind. She made us feel welcome. The room was very clean and the location was perfect. The room is 2-5 minutes away from bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. Plus, we were only 5 minutes away from the ferries! Overall, it was a great experience. We definitely recommend staying here. :)

Gunte Unterkunft, schöne Aussicht und gute Lage

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, 3min Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle von welcher man leicht in die Altstadt gelangt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Die Dame, welche die Unterkunft vermietet spricht zwar kein Englisch, trotzdem konnte man sich verständigen und sie war sehr nett.

Das Bad war zwar sauber, aber ein Schimmelfleck haben wir gesehen. Außerdem ist es hellhörig und das Zimmer ist quasi im Haus von der älteren Dame (hat uns jetzt aber nicht sonderlich gestört)

Gastfreundlich und ein Ausblick - traumhaft!

Alles war genau richtig. Freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen in Dubrovnik ein Traum. Man sitz auf der Terrasse und vergisst einfach die Zeit. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und sauber.
