Good stay

We stayed here because it was convenient to the ferry. A nice urban neighborhood a ways from the center. We enjoyed the Red Museum. Room was comfortable; nice view of the harbor and cruise ships. Breakfast very good. Only complaint was very high Dubrovnik prices, not unique to this hotel.

A pleasant place to stay

The room was spotless and met expectations. Breakfast was excellent. While the hotel was some distance from the old town there was a regular (all be it very crowded) bus service close to the Hotel.

Very enjoyable stay

Staff very friendly, parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was delicious especially the coffee and cakes! The room was clean and comfortable.

The location was a bit further away from old town than we realised but we managed ok with buses. I didnt realise it was a spa hotel as it doesn't say that in the title on here.

Hotel by the port

A 15-minute walk from the port and bus terminal was the reason we chose this hotel. All staff were friendly and very welcoming. The coffee at breakfast was fantastic, and the food options were good. The complimentary bottles of wine in the room were a bonus, and I loved the seaview from the balcony. The local bus to Dubrovnik old town is very close, and there are many restaurants close by with great food, as pictured in my attached photo. Loved the walk around the waterfront!

The road where the hotel is located can be busy, and it's tricky to cross it to walk along the only footpath available on the opposite side.

We only stayed for one night but Dubrovnik is an amazing city and we wished we had longer to explore

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The location was perfectly situated close to the port that our boat was leaving from. Breakfast had a nice assortment of breads, juices, meats, cheeses, yogurt and cereals, 2 kinds of eggs, beautiful desserts but the star was the cappuccinos! Their barista was excellent!

The bath towels were hard and scratchy, which surprised me. I guess I’m used to hotels with soft, fluffy, plush towels.

Breakfast was good, it could use a bit more vegan options. Staff was extremely kind, good location near the port. Nice, new hotel. I've enjoyed our short stay.

The AC was on too cold in the lobby and in the breakfast room.

Good hotel but don’t ask anything from Elma!

The property was clean. Breakfast was great. We liked all the staff but one.

The staff at reception ‘Elma’ must go. She is the most unhelpful receptionist you have ever met. We asked for things to do and her answer is google. We asked for how to get to old town. She said to take a bus with bad directions. The AC stopped working for one night. We complained and her answer was that even she did not has ac at her home and we should have opened the balcony - no apologies. We asked for conditioner, first she refused to believe that there was no conditioner, but finally she reluctantly gave it us. With the exception of Elma, all other staff were exceptional.

The Hotel was handy for arriving at the Port late. We wanted to go for a drink and there weren’t many places around. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast good with friendly staff.

A lovely hotel with exceptional staff.

A wonderful hotel right by the Port where we had just finished our cruise. The staff are very lovely, Elma at reception was delightful, she upgraded our room and gave us great tips for restaurants. We could store our luggage and sit by the pool until our room was ready. Breakfast was delicious. The room is modern and large and it suited our needs perfectly. Thank you to the staff.

Modern, clean, small boutique hotel! Excellent location for the ferries! Exceptional staff!

The staff were really friendly and very happy to help me with any queries. The location was perfect if using the ferries for other travel and close to a supermarket / cafes / bars and restaurants. The room was very modern and clean.

Not so much I didn't like - as I feel this was my own oversight. The hotel is a small boutique - which is modern. For some reason I thought it was going to be much larger - again this is more a me thing, than the hotel.

Super friendly staff - every one of them, a great location near Gruz harbour - perfect if you intend travelling to Korcula, Mljet or Split etc., from Dubrovnik and clean and comfortable throughout.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. Having parking available was great, given that it is pretty hard to find a parking spot in Dubrovnik.

AC was hard to control, I actually don't think it was possible to contoll it from the room, we had to call the reception to adjust it for us.

Excellent hotel a bit out of the way from Old City

Wonderful small hotel with welcoming staff and garage parking. We booked room on top floor with small balcony with view of sea. Excellent buffet breakfast with cheerful and warm Anja to take care of you and bring excellent cappucino! Room was spotlessly clean with very nice bathroom. All in all a perfect stay for our 1 night. Recommend Porat restaurant short walk away for excellent dinner featuring seafood

Only comment would be some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice. Also note while buses to Old City are easily accessible, we like to walk which we did (40 minutes). In addition, hotel is right behind Gruz Port which isn’t the greatest neighborhood for nice surroundings. But fine for 1 night and perfectly safe area.
