A quiet hotel and a place away from the city crowds. The beach is relatively close.

Excellent location due to the connection with city transport. In 15 minutes you are at the main attraction of the old town. The beach is about 15 minutes' walk away.

Nice hotel, friendly staff but terrible guests t

Very friendly receptionist

That there was a group of people with many kids who were loud and had no manners. At breakfast the father walked all the time around like a security guard. As soon as the kitchen put food on the buffet he took all of it and put it on their tables. All the eggs, salami, cheese, fruit etc. Everything! Like there was nobody else there to eat breakfast. The rest of the guests stayed hungry. I ended up in having one slice of bread without anything on it. The poor kitchen staff couldn’t fill up the buffet as fast as this rude guy emptied it. At the end they ate only one third of all the food he brought on their table. Kids played with the pancakes instead of eating them. Disgusting!

Overall it was a good stay, but the check in experience could have been better.

The hotel was nice, and conveniently located. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. The were knowledgeable of local public transport, and helped us find the best way to travel to the old town without having to worry about driving and parking. They desk staff that morning explained that we could leave our car at the hotel and pick it up after we were done touring the old town.

At check in I presented my passport to the staff at the desk as requested/needed, since the room was in my name. When the desk staff requested my wife's passport, she explained she had forgotten it at the primary location we were staying at (Dubrovnik was a one night trip in the middle of vacation). Upon hearing this the desk staff made comment that insinuated that my wife was a prostitute, since did not have her passport.

A good hotel for a couple

Very good value for money. We stayed one night — the beds were comfortable and clean, the Italian walk-in shower was great, and the balcony was spacious. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes in the room upon check-in, which went away after airing it out. Breakfast could be improved, with empty plates replaced more promptly

Loved the location and staff was super friendly. Beds were really comfortable.

Shower was not the cleanest, could use deep cleaning, lots of rust. Breakfast was limited, pasties would be nice and non meat options. Food did not seem fresh.

Not as described on the site when booking. They have no working bar, no mini bar. Breakfast was very basic and far away from continental. Staff was nice and helpful but the main manager was absolutely clueless how to run a hotel.
