Homey stay, accommodating hosts, close to beach and restaurants

The hosts were very accommodating. They welcomed us with homemade Rakia. The location was beautiful near a beach and a strip of restaurants very family friendly. The day trip to old town was just a 15 min car ride. Beautiful views over Dubrovnik. Homey vibes.

We asked for a cot in advanced but they didn’t see the message. Otherwise everything else was lovely.

Great place, will visit again

Amazing host, views, perfect location - lots of beaches around, walking distance to old town, bus stops, shops and restaurants nearby. The terrace was incredible, worth every penny. Fridge, AC, hot water, WiFi, everything worked really good and we had no problems.

Some people may not like the stairs, but it's dubrovnik, so stairs are everywhere. But if you have trouble walking i recommend looking for something else. Otherwise no problem.

Memorable Accommodation

My mom and I traveled together, and when we arrived early, they took care of our luggage and tried to help us whenever we needed help. The room was kept very clean and the dishes and bedding were clean. Thanks to them, we had a pleasant trip.

Exceptional

Very cute apartment, great view, excellent location, hospitable owners. I spent one night in the old town and I much preferred this accommodation instead. The center is just a short bus ride as well.

I really enjoyed my stay there so there wasn't really something I didn't like. Perhaps only that there was too much light (despite the blinders), but nothing that a sleeping mask can't solve.

Very good

The location was close to transportation to old town Dubrovnik and the view was fantastic. Nicola welcomed me with a shot of rakija and tried to accommodate in every way. They kept my bags until 9 PM!

Maria and Nikolas are extremly cool and we really love our stay there. Thank-you very much for everything. The place is lovely with a beautiful view and it was really clean.

Wonderful room with terrace with seaside view

Exceptionally friendly, helpful and nice hosts! Wonderful terrace just outside of the room with a view over the ocean. Close to beach and restaurants.

Nothing major everything was overall good but the fridge was a bit weird with either to cold or too warm.

The host was very helpful. The room was very basic and nothing bad to say. Bus stop, market and beach promenade were just couple of minutes away. 10minutes bus ride to the old city.

If you are ready to accept old flat, it is really romantic

The view from the window and balcony were amazing. Bed is comfortable. Absolutely clean. Area is quiet.

The flat is VERY old in all respects (for instance, in the bathroom it is just a plastic shower and a hole in the floor).

Exceptional

The host is very kind and friendly, he helps with everything. The apartment is clean and cozy. Amazing view from the terrace! Location is very good, food street and beaches are 10 min by foot (where food is much cheaper than in the downtown). 3 min by foot to the buss number 6, which takes you to the old town in 10 min. As a bonus, my favorite - spacious bathroom with endless warm water - house has central water heating. I strongly recommend this place, it's a good choice.

Just book this without second thoughts

It is the best apartment accommodation, I had so far. The hosts are awesome. We had reached before checkin time. They let us keep the luggage and they told us that we can checkin at any time. Same happened when we checked out. They again kept the luggage and served us with snacks also when we came to pickup. Location: location is perfect. Bus 6 which goes to the old town is just 5-7 minutes away from the Apartment. Also, there is a beach at walkable distance. And plenty of restaurants. The restaurants are much cheaper than the old town which is super expensive. Apartment : The view from the balcony was awesome with perfect sunset reflection. I only have positive things to say.

Exceptional

Where do I start? My stay here was absolutely amazing. The host was honestly the KINDEST human I have ever met in my life. She was so accommodating, friendly, sweet and made us feel at home. She would make us Turkish coffee in the mornings and even made us some Croatian desert to try. Such a nice person and we will be recommending this place to all of our friends and family. We honestly felt at home!

Honestly there is not one negative thing I can say about this property.

Muy Recomendable

El trato que nos dieron. El dueño vive en la planta baja con su mujer y es super simpático. Te hace sentir como en casa. Incluso me lavó la ropa su mujer. Además las vistas son muy bonitas.

Hay que subir una cuesta para llegar y sólo se puede ir al casco antiguo con el Bus o Uber. Por lo demás, perfecto y recomendable.

Consiglio vivamente

Nikola che dire, persona meravigliosa, appena arrivati in struttura ci ha invitato a casa sua per il check-in, e ci ha offerto della grappa artigianale locale. La stanza è molto carina, adatta sia per amici che per coppie, qualità prezzo ottime. C’è anche un bel terrazzino con vista. Pagata circa la metà delle altre strutture in zona. Personalmente mi è piaciuta molto per il semplice motivo che era un ambiente “classico” come stare a casa.

Ci siamo spostati con uber, un po’ difficile da raggiungere in macchina, ma basta scendere per 20-30 metri ed il problema è risolto

Annonce trompeuse: pas de frigo, impossible de se garer dans la rue, pas de coin salon, climatisation qui se met en alarme e2 à 4:26 du matin, propriétaire qui nous dit qu on peut partir si l on n est pas content...pas simple à 1h du matin quand on arrive... Lit tellement petit que mes pieds touchent le bois, pas de mit double A fuir

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik.

Die Unterkunft war total sauber und einladend. Die Familie, welche die Unterkunft anbietet war super lieb. Auch die Lage war ein Traum.

Top locatie voor een bezoek aan Dubrovnik!

Voor de reiziger die weinig luxe nodig heeft, maar wel op een mooie locatie in een schoon appartement wil zitten die zit hier top. Wij verbleven 2 nachten en hebben van hieruit met de bus het oude centrum bezocht. Je kunt lopen naar het strand en er liggen meerdere betaalbare restaurants in de buurt. De gastheer en -vrouw zijn erg vriendelijk!

Het is gehorig.
