This property was an excellent location (and value) for a short stay in the LAPAD area of Dubrovnik

The host were Fantastic people. They were very welcoming and even did some laundry for us. All too willing to help and go above and beyond what would normally be expected.

Room was small and a little bit claustrophobic since the window did not open to the outside view of anything.

Comfortable room, suitable for families

Our room in "Vukosav Family Apartments and Rooms" was clean, spacious and comfy with a nice balcony and a drying rack, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and stove and a bathroom (there was hairdryer, etc). The room has TV with Netflix, Wi fi and ac. The bed was comfortable and there was also a couch where could sleep another adult or child. The rooms are really close to Lapad beach, restaurants and super markets. Bus station is across the street. Our host was kind and helpful.

If you opened the window was a bit of noise. In the room was a locked door (propably leading to another room or apartment but either way a little cringe).

Nice cosy rooms

Its a lovely cosy apartment style room in a guest house. The bus stop is just opposite which takes you directly to the old town. All basic amenities were there in the room and it was very neat and tidy

We were ok with this so not a problem with us. However the flats are on floor 1 and 2 so anyone with mobility issues may find it hard to take the stairs

Distance to beach and boulevard was very good as well as the connection to public transport at about 100 to 200 mtr distance. The owner was very friendly and helpful and supported us with printed boarding cards

The building, premises, were quite old fashioned and 80 s style. Not a problem for 2 nights only for us. The garden, courtyard, was not very neatly maintained. When we sat down a a view old chairs in the courtyard many mosquitoes were flying around and present. We were stung by these mosquitoes when staying outside for a short moment

Exceptional

The family Vukosav was very warm, accommodating and helpful. The room was well equipped with appliances, AC. The location in Lapad is very peaceful, very very close to the beach. The old town is about 40-45 minutes by foot, Dubrovnik also has Uber services- talking about Uber, the son has an Uber service which is an added advantage to the accommodation!

Great location: close to the Lapad Bay Beach, the best from all I've been two in Dubrovnik. A bus gets you to the old city in 10 minutes. It departs every 15 minutes.

close to a beautiful beach and great location, far enough from the craziness of the old city, which you can still reach by frequent busses or a long walk. Very nice hosts and excellent communications

Nice host in great location with private parking

- owner was very nice and welcoming - room is very clean and tidy, decorated in classic style but includes everything you need - most furniture is very new - owner offered private parking space - safe area - only 1 min walk to bus station and 10 mins bus to old town centre (bus route #4) - super good shower (good water pressure + temperature) - owner allowed us to use his kitchen which is super clean - owner has 4 friendly cats

- bathroom size is good for us but might not be enough for ppl in bigger size

Perfect place for beach lovers

Perfect location if you're going to spend time at the beach. I walked there in just a couple of minutes. Need to get a ride to the old town area but it's not expensive. The place is very quiet and had a nice little outdoor area. In the morning, the owner made sure I had coffee and I sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Even got a package of cookies with the coffee. The owner was also extremely helpful with getting me a taxi to the airport and even waited with me to be sure I was on my way. The owner and his son are very attentive and want to make sure you're having a nice time. I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and cozy. It was small but perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.

It is an excellent choice of apartments if want to explore Dubrovnik. We stayed for 6 days and it had everything we need

The apartment was exactly as described and displayed in photos, it was beautiful, clean and very convenient. The location was great as it was only a few mins walk to sunset beach and it was very easy to get a bus into old town. Our hosts were very kind and treated like family and were available on the ground floor if we needed anything.

I loved everything! The apartment is placed couple of minute from the beach, from a local supermarket and a nice bar with cheap prices! The apartment is a perfect size for a couple with a private toilet with the shower! The whole house is silent, in one week I didn't hear any noises! The owner of the apartment is an old man super gently, he showed us how to reach the old town and the beaches. We also asked for a laundry and he did it without any problems, plus, since the check out was at 10am he kept our buggages for the time we were around before go to the airport! If I will back in Dubrovnik I will definitely back to this apartments! I am 100% satisfied of everything, the stayed in Croatia couldn't be better than it was 😊

Superb

Kind welcome from the host, parking spot included which was very helpful in this area. Right next to a busier street, but still quiet enough room. Compact space, but nice touches of a full length mirror, silverware and glasses for our convenience. Perfect location close to the market, beaches and restaurants.

Everything was great - only missing a kitchenette and view to make it perfect.

Muito hospitaleiro.

Localização excelente, para ir à cidade velha pegar ônibus 4 e 15 minutos depois está no portão da cidade. Muitos restaurantes próximos da propriedade. Perto da praia porém a água estava gelada nesta época. O Novô (proprietário) explica tudo nos mínimos detalhes, nos arrumou taxi para irmos embora. O quarto é relativamente grande e dá para fazer café e lanchar. Tem 2 mercados a poucos metros de distancia. O ponto de ônibus é quase em frente. A Internet muito boa.

Escadaria. O quarto fica no segundo andar mas o Novô levou as malas para cima.
