The staff was really nice, helpful and accomodating.The hotel felt very welcoming. Very good breakfast. The area around is great, with coffee shops, restaurants, a walk by the sea, beaches, and a bus to the Old Town. The pool area with the outdoor seating and tables is great

The front desk people were fabulous. Loved the location away from the cruise ship crowds but very easy to get anywhere on the city bus. Everything was just minutes away from the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was delicious and they have a wonderful swimming pool

We had a fantastic stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly to my 1 year old daughter. They helped book us taxis with car seats no request was too much. It was very clean and comfortable.

Location, location, location! This hotel is in a superb location. Just a few minutes from Sunset Beach, lots of restaurants and safe! We asked for a KING size bed and got two twin beds which were pushed together. Room 303 is very small. However, we didn’t spend much time in it. The staff is very accommodating! The hotel could use some new linens as the ones provided looked like something from a Vegas Hotel circa 1952. We didn’t understand what the comforter/sheet was under the comforter! There are also LOTS of cats in and around the property. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again!

We walked 25 minutes in the heat of the day with heavy bags from the ferry to this hotel. It's fairly close to the ferries compared to the old town. It is also close to Lapad Beach, which I would avoid had I known what it was really like. Not very good restaurants around but the bus was very close to get into the old town, but it might take a few busses as they get full VERY fast - we felt like sardines on every ride into town. The hotel itself gives a good first impression: you walk into the property with a beautiful and inviting pool, tables with umbrellas and a nice facade. It is very pretty from the outside! Inside could use a small renovation - the rooms are very 1970-1980's feeling with forest green carpets. The breakfast was nice and the staff is VERY friendly and helpful - this was so nice! The staff always kept an eye on us, helped us with anything we needed, were kind and they always try to look out for you. I really appreciated this service which seemed to be very rare on our trip throughout Croatia. I would recommend this hotel alone for the people that work there! However, fairly out of the way of the old town, good restaurants and sites. Local beach is ok but not great - very crowded, lots of kids running around, beach seems a bit dirty, water is ok. We sat at the pool often and loved it! :)
