Hotel very well organized, top location, clean area. Most valuable that you have in your hotel is "Stuff SMILE"...When I came to the guest relations desk, I guess Guest service lady was absolutely amazing...big smile welcoming me to the hotel, explaining everything I need to know...In addition she provided me breakfast pocket for early morning...Outstanding work for all and big congratulation to GM.

The hotel have very good location, few meters from the Sunset beach (maybe 5 minutes walking). The room was clean, not so big, but it was enough for 2 people and 4 days. We didn't hear noise from other rooms. The room have beautiful view. There was some music from near bars, but it finished at 11PM. Breakfast was tasty and large selection of food. In general, we were very happy with the stay :).

We missed more space for our stuff in the bathroom. Small detail on the breakfast - vegetable and fruit could be higher quality if it's summer and the season for it. New hotels are being built nearby, construction noise may be heard during the day.

Really lovely hotel, clean and tidy, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. staff friendly and approachable, swimming pool nice and big with different areas. Always able to get a bed no matter what time of day. breakfast plentiful, lots of choice and really nice. located in a nice area with, bars and restaurants and a supermarket close by. There is some construction work going on nearby but we hardly heard it when there and did not affect holiday at all.

Breakfast is very very good, large and diverse. I had eggwhites omelette, pancakes, there are several types of cheese and meats. Lots of options. More than other hotels. This is the only big plus. But at 10:15 we were still sipping some leftover coffee and a last bite of a croissant when a lady came and told us "breakfast is over, bye" :)) Overall staff very unwelcoming.

The hotel is old, dated, extremely expensive for what they offer, old furniture, staff feels like they are forced to be there, unhappy to see you request anything. The sea view rooms have a very ugly green ripped grass look alike rug >> on a large terrace/ covered area in front of the hotel, before the actual palms & sea view starts. Dead plants there as well. It's just not well maintained. Hotel is very strict with the timelines of checkin/ checkout. Checking in only from 13:00 and checkout absolutely at 11:00. Between these two hours nobody is in the rooms.. and all new arrivals are kept in the lobby sleeping on their bags. The hotel is far away from the Dubrovnik historical center, so even if room here maybe looks less expensive, you will have to pay for Uber back and forth. During peak times (eg when you want to return at 9-10PM prices are double) The beach close by is a pebble beach, quite nice and clean, but big pebbles. English skills are not that great overall, nuances getting lost in translation. And just fyi you cannot pay with a card everywhere around the hotel. Some places are cash only.

Adjacent building work. Should keep gate open from pool area for access to beach area. Get rid of the pool umbrellas that do not work !

Booked this last minute and value for money was excellent . Fabulous welcoming staff at check in . Main pool was huge excellent for diving . Breakfast was plentiful .

Unfortunately and out of hotels control is the building work around hotel . Lots of noise around pool area but it can’t be helped . The hotel is going to be fabulous once it has all been finished .

Central in the old Town

Quite nice location, near a small beach and park promenade. Old town 15m away by bus.Rooms are clean and comfortable.

It is a quite big hotel with a bit sterile and impersonal atmosphere.

Well placed hotel facing sunset beach with amazing evening views. Easy access to nearby food and drink options and walking distance to old town, can easily catch the no.6 bus nearby as an easier option. Comfortable and quiet!

Some renovations and building work ongoing nearby but not overly intrusive.

Excellent location, lovely hotel and staff

Nothing everything was great

They were close to a small promenade of bars and restaurants that were very good and the bus stop to Old Town is close by.

The air conditioning system wasn't functioning at all. When we asked the staff about it, we were told that it was a decision from management not to turn it on, but that the air conditioning was functioning. We spent a sleepless night at 25C (85F) with our doors open to the noise from the nearby promenade restaurants and people partying, only to be awakened at dawn by chirping birds, then noisy construction workers. The fact that we would have had heat stroke keeping the doors closed gave us no choice in the matter. When I confronted management on the situation, they assured me that the AC would be turned on the next evening and that they have a system that can either only heat or only cool the premises, which is complete nonsense. I told them that if their AC is broken, that they should have told us ahead of time and that if they're not going to be able to provide it, that we will take a refund and find other accomodations. They insisted that it would just take time for the AC to come on. It never did. Another night of sleeplessness above the covers BEGGING for a sea breeze that never came. After confronting the front desk staff for a third time, they told me that they simply don't turn on the AC between October and May. Three different hotel representatives, three different answers. The cleaning staff also didn't replace towels for my father's room, despite him having left the towel on the floor. A small nuisiance, but worth mentioning. In the end, we got two completely sleepless nights of sleep on either end of two VERY long drives through the Balkans. Management seemed to care very little about our issues and offered us free breakfast, which we already had elsewhere since we were up with the birds prior to the sun. Someone should chisel-away three of the four stars that they put on this building. I've slept better in a hostel than I slept in this hotel. Three days of our trip just RUINED by lack of sleep.

Fabulous quiet room with sea view! Very close to nice little promenade with bars and restaurants. Only few minutes walk to the beach. No street and car noises.

It might be much louder in the high season, due to many more people around.

The facilities were very good, especially the indoor pool and gym. I also enjoyed the breakfast. We were on the 7th floor with a lovely view of the sea. The location was also excellent.

Unfortunately, the room was at a very uncomfortable temperature. We arrived quite late on the Friday and even after opening the door it was still very hot. We tried the air conditioning but it had not been activated for the season. Being currently pregnant, this was even more uncomfortable for me. We asked at the reception the following day and the receptionist was unsure when the air conditioning was going to be started and unlikely throughout our stay. I asked if there was a fan or anything else he could do but he said no. Apparently we had not been the only ones with a similar issue with other guests complaining about this. Therefore we had a number of uncomfortable sleepless nights.

Bed was 2 singles pushed together. Mattress very firm. Staff very nice, hotel is very clean. Breakfast was OK. Gym, pool, and spa were nice.

Everything was great. Good breakfast with ample selection. Bus stop virtually round the corner, likewise the promenade, lovely walk for beautiful sight seeing views not forgetting selection of restaurants along the way. Great views from the hotel balcony. Spa has everything. Good size pool sauna steam hammam and gym. Moreover brilliant staff at reception, always willing to help, especially Tereza

Some of the facilities where lacking, which is somewhat understandable for the off season period but evidence of such was not specified when booking eg. No use of indoor jacuzzi Our room looked out onto a derelict outdoor pool area that was in dire need of repair The beds where uncomfortable, 2 single beds pushed together as a double bed that kept separating in the middle & the pillows where like blow up bags that where half deflated No air conditioning in the rooms but a blaring hot heater, assuming because of the time of year they have the air con turned off but upon asking reception we where told that they do not offer fan rental & to just turn the heater off, offering no solution or help. The room was like a sauna at night & we had to keep the balcony doors open to let some air in which caused a lot of the noise from nearby bars & people to prevent us from sleeping well

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the beach and shopping strip and it was an nice walk to the shopping centre. The quality of the hotel was very good and the breakfast was superb.

Beautiful view, spotless room with plenty space, tea & coffee making facilities, plenty towels and excellent cleaning service daily. Fabulous spa and leisure facilities. Two beautiful out door pools and excellent bed service free of charge with fresh towels daily and umbrellas. Outdoor restaurant with great staff and food. Great breakfast and plenty to choose from to set you up for the day. The hotel is situated in the most amazing place with spectacular views and walks. Swimming a must and only a short walk away. Bus service to Dubrovnik about 5 mins walk away. Plenty restaurants with excellent food and drinks on your doorstep.

Air con struggled to get room below 25c Fruit flavoured tea bags as condiments, lucky I brought my own. The hotel had no entertainment, which was disappointing. Luckily, it's close to the strip with plenty of restaurants and bars

This is a good standard hotel. Breakfast has extensive selection. The room was clean. Great location to the beach. Pool area clean.

There were renovations when we were staying, and the gardens looked untidy and not open. (Communication could’ve been better about this)
